I purchased a Blackstone on a sale online only to find out that corporate shipped the wrong grill when I went to pick it up. Of course there were none in stock at any surrounding stores except one quite a ways away. I was willing to wait for the next shipment at the end of December, however with the help of Cayden and John, I was able to get the grill I ordered after all. John actually drove to the next nearest store in Gladwin to pick it up personally. A great example of outstanding customer service at Hemlock Ace Hardware. Thank you for everything.

Worst place and customer service. I was told by Uhaul that their system was down when trying to make an online rental from this location. Uhaul customer service sent me to the store stating that point of sale could still do a rental from their counter.Guy working the counter wouldn't even look to see if he could do the rental, and refused to help.Would NOT recommend shopping at this store

Awful service. Bought 2 overpriced 100’ extension cords. Went to use them and neither worked. Tried to return them an hour later and they would not take them back. They said “they don’t work, what am I going to do with them?” Unbelievable. Out over $200 thanks to their awful customer service. Would avoid if possible

I like shopping here because they're always helpful and I am confident in finding whatever I need.Are their prices a touch more? Yes, but I feel that it works out ...*Excellent Customer Service (priceless!)*Not a warehouse, so I can actually find items without walking a half marathon before finding the right isle*Time I save with a quick trip*Short drive, so I also save gas and wear on my vehicle.We should all shop local and keep conveniences like hardwares, pharmacies, and groceries alive and thriving in our small towns!!Purchased a pitchfork -- heavy duty& quality tool. It was priced a few $ more than the box store but I had a $5 'Rewards-a-Versary' card, so it was less than the box store 😁

Living here in Hemlock we are lucky to have an Ace hardware. Let alone one with outstanding customer service. Wayne and Heidi have done a marvelous job for this community. All the associates have the same attitude towards making sure we get what we need and making sure we are satisfied with our items I can not thank our Ace team enough.

I love going to my local Ace and getting exactly what I need. This store is jam packed with every item a hardware should have. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. There is almost never a long wait here. They have propane fills and a full paint mix service.

Awesome store, I was sad to see the other ace close. This store is a great addition to hemlock. I have been there 3 times in the last week, very welcoming and helpful. I got what I needed and got home much quicker then going to saginaw.

Great local hardware. Always have what I came in for. They actually have a person that greets you and helps find what you need instead of wandering around a huge store looking for someone to help you.
