I’ve always went to this place with my dad and the experience was always good! The food is great and I definitely recommend that. I have heard from several people that they treat there employees really badly. With that id recommend not going there anymore because they are trying to act nice but really they aren’t. I wont support a business that doesn’t know how to treat there employees the right way.

I personally thought the food was delicious so I have to give credit where credit is due but thats as far as it goes. The owners are disrespectful and rude. I would not recommend going here. Swearing st employees and belittling people is not how you run a business. I'm all for starting your own small business and stuff but being straight up evil is not ok. I would not go here unless you want to hear arguing and swearing.

I'd first like to say that I never leave negative reviews, this is my first actually. You see, I can handle cold food, long wait times and messed up orders. People are human, and I realize that my frustration will not change cold mashed potatoes. That being said, this has nothing to do with their food. I am a huge supporter of local businesses. Which is why it was so exciting for my daughter to get a job at a local business we have frequented every summer for ice-cream and the occasional pizza. We have always been met with kindness whenever we have visited. Unfortunately, for the employees,(our local children!!!)Ive learned they don't have the same experience! My daughter worked a total of 35 hours in that restaurant, and in that time she was belittled, sworn at, talked down to and yelled at. She was expected to know everything in that short time and know how to do it quickly. She was scared to ask questions because she was made to feel stupid for not already knowing, even if she was never shown. She was hired to scoop ice-cream, but one boss (brandon, who she said was really nice to her)would send her in back for orders, then the other boss (mindy) would get mad that she came back there and make sarcastic snotty comments about why she wasn't up front helping. Then, she was supposed to make pizzas and sometimes wash dishes and sometimes sweep or clean. She was always supposed to know what they wanted her to do at any given second without being given a designated task or any instruction!! Laura was the meanest to her of the three. I told my daughter to stick it out and keep being herself. She's polite, she's smart and I would NEVER see anyone having an issue with her or her performance. I raise my kids to work hard, and be respectful. I also support them being corrected if they aren't doing the right thing! This is not the first job she has had, she just finished working at the Hemlock Highschool where she received RAVE reviews for being such an outstanding reliable worker! My daughter doesn't like stepping on toes and would do anything that was asked of her. So much so that you could spit in her face and she wouldn't say anything. That is why I'm here to stand up for her. Unfortunately, there are people like them in the world, and sometimes we have to deal with them. I tell my kids those people just need extra kindness. But today I told my daughter to stand up for herself. Because I realized she didn't know how to do that yet. She went to work positive, only to be met with the same nastiness. My 16 year old daughter quit her first job today, and I am proud of her! She said it was the hardest thing she has ever done, but she wanted to stand up for herself and for the other girl that works there too! Frostys freezer lost a good employee today. Maybe they will learn that regardless of how many pizzas they sell, kindness is always free, or maybe not!

The only reason I'm leaving five stars is because I can't leave six. I am a native New Yorker but was raised in the South, and have been consistently disappointed in Central Michigan's version of something they attempt to call "pizza". While I didn't come into Frosty's expecting traditional NY pizza, trust me... this is the best pizza I've found in the area! The crust has perfect density to hold the generous toppings while remaining flavorful by itself. It's not fluffy dough or too sweet; it's perfect. I had the Big Mac pizza, my husband had the Philly...both were delish!! Of course I had to try the friiied chikkin and let me tell you...all that's missing are a tall glass of sweet tea and the rocking chair.The atmosphere is very simple and staff was small and busy but don't let that fool or deter you--there's magic in the kitchen!We will be loyal customers for sure. It's worth the drive from surrounding large towns--come find me and let's give this small family business our biggest support... and get some ice cream on top!

A good, simple, small town restaurant. The chicken dinner is good with crispy chicken. The subs are huge & there is a large selection of ice cream. Everyone working was very friendly. Can't wait to come back!

I have lived in Hemlock for over 12 years. Always looking for a nearby pizza restaurant . Found Frosty through my brother-in-law. He was looking to have pizza. Came across Frosty's on M-46 just outside the village of Hemlock . He brought home pizza , oh my gosh it was to die for!!!! Absolutely delicious. It's a must try! And they have ICE CREAM . YUMMY! :) you won't be disappointed. Found our best pizza, ever!

Tried Frostys pizza for first time tonight. EXCELLENT! Very, very good. Love the sauce and crust. Generous toppings. Will be back again for sure. Watch out Mama Mias.

Great value for what you get, something not on the menu that they do is Ice cream nachos....3 huge scoops of whatever flavor you want and whatever you want sprinkled on it in in a styrofoam container for only around 7 bucks, Great for sharing!

The pizza is decent, but the ice cream is good and staff is friendly. They have a good selection of Ashby's ice cream and a new thing called "flavor swirl" that we have yet to try.

Pizza is the best pizza in the town of Hemlock. There is two sub shops in Hemlock that just got their asses whooped. In fact their are no restaurant's in the town of Hemlock that can compete with frosty'sThen they have best hand dipped ice cream for dessert.
