My prescriptions were sent electronically to this location and filled sparingly over a period of 10 days, I have atleast 10 scripts, two of which are controlled substances. The first red flag was my scripts for my maintenance meds were filled for 3 months without asking me, secondly they decide to fill one controlled substance after my 4th call between the doctors office and pharmacy. Then decided on the 10th day to refuse to fill my pain medication after speaking with my doctor without justification as to why. The pharmacist that I'll call Djb decided to deny filling my script, questioning the doctors competence in writing the script and didn't like the doctors response and took it out on me, knowing it will be almost impossible to get another pharmacy to fill a controlled substance only by filling my meds for 3 months in advance. instead of monthly. I have screenshots where my insurance was billed. If I could give a 0 rating I would. Rude unprofessional self serving God complex. I'm disabled and according to the ADA my rights have been violated.

Always the best no matter what, they make sure you feel as patient you’re there priority’s to help you and get you going with no delay refill prescriptions , VICKIE WAS GREAT at the front offer to give my doctor a call to refill my prescription at the same time. She was be able to ask the pharmacist. Give me a couple for a few days for my blood pressure. That was great. I love you guys you’re doing great job.

I’m flying out in few days and I have an appointment at 8:20 for my 2nd dose. I come here straight from work and the place is closed. They’re suppose to close at 9pm. No heads up or anything. I drove all the way here for no reason. Help desk is acting stupid too.

Negative 10 really rude staff incompetent and they called the police because they didn’t want to fill my diabetic medicines and supplies. Good riddance never again will I trust my health to such incompetent, people zero compassion: called my health plan after waiting 2 hours at this horrible location and they have a mail order pharmacy and I will get my meds today thank you Humana clearly Walgreens wants to kill their customers.

This location refused to fill out my vaccination card after they injected me with a Covid booster. Upon further requests, they refused to provide me with the lot number of the injection, and then screamed at me when I asked for it. I highly recommend you stay away from this location.

They literally sit and look at you in the drive thru. No greeting to acknowledge you are even there. I waited at the window for about 7 mins before anyone said anything to me. Btw no one was in the pharmacy or drive thru but me.
