This store has everything i need. The staff greets you as you come in...they are so nice as well as helpful and knowledgeable. Its the kind of hardware store that i remember as a kid....small friendly atmosphere. Its clean and well organized and stocked. Only place i will go for hardware/ home improvement/ basic supplies. A+

This is my first choice in anything hardware. Their friendly staff say hello and ask me if they can help. The result? I am in and out with the things I am looking for, and pay a reasonable price. It saves time from roaming the warehouse-style, acres deep jungle of corporately priced items.

Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. This hardware carries some items that may be hard to find in other hardware stores. Worth the trip. They helped me with washers for rebuilding water valves, knowledgeable for sure.

Awesome service! I called after hours and left a message about a hard to find product, expecting a call back the next day. But I got a text that same night asking if it was an emergency and confirming the product's availability. Thankfully it was not an emergency and they put it aside for me the next day to purchase. Friendly staff. They always ask you what you are looking for when you walk in, and then show you where to find it. Then, they are good at noticing if you want to look around on your own after that—responsive but not pushy. Clearly good management here.

I wasn't in there long too have a lasting effect but what I will say about them is that they greeted you as soon as you come in and ask if you need any help and the info they give lead you directly to that item. The ppl there definitely know their store.

Staff was very helpful, I had a good experience. I called ahead to see how many bags of Oil-Dri they had and they held them for me so they'd be there when I got there to purchase them. I even had a pleasant and humorous conversation with the gentleman that helped me get the bags out to my truck. Ace Hardware's are overpriced on everyday items, let's be honest. But, most of them are family owned small business franchises and I don't mind paying a little extra to support my local business owners over big box chain stores like Home Depot and Lowe's.

I love this ace hardware! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and available to assist with any question you might have. The shelves are nicely and fully stocked. Literally if you need something for a house or diy project they'll have all the tools you'll need! This is one of my favorite hardware shops in the area!

This is a solid hardware store. Usually, if you ask, someone in here will be able to help you find what you need (which is much more than I can say about the big box stores over in Madison Heights, and a blessing in this day and age). I REALLY appreciate that they will do a curbside order if you order online. I have done that a few times, and it has always gone well, and saved me some time in situations where I was tight on time.Recommended!

Rented a carpet cleaner with upholstery attachment. Cleaned my couch and immediately returned. I was treated like a child and the girl at front counter kept my deposit, $20. Not the end of the world but she is the one that rent the machine to me and she never checked the bottom. I own a small business and used Ace a lot to support small business, but I guess I see why everyone goes to the box stores. I will speak with owner tomorrow and see if it gets resolved and update, wasn't arguing with a no nothing over $20.

Customer service goes a long way, whether you're an expert handyman or a complete novice. I had to purchase a propane tank exchange and it went through smoothly. The staff was very personable, and it looks like I've found my hardware store.

This place is a great hardware store. It's a less overwhelming Home Depot with great customer service. We had house keys made and looked at shelving.
