Found this place on a Google search! We just purchased a home and the fridge that came with the house immediately stopped working.I couldn't have asked for a better experience at this place. We were in and out of the store in 10-15min and our fridge got delivered the next morning.The people who work here are quick and to the point which I like. Especially when we needed a fridge ASAP. We found the prices for the appliances in store and for delivery services were extremely reasonable. Again, we couldn't have asked for better service. THANK YOU J&T APPLIANCES ☺️

Really great team of people from sales to install. I’d recommend to anyone looking for washers and dryers. They also removed my old broken equipment for me. Installerswere careful not to hit or bump anything when navigating tight spaces while moving the heavy appliances in and out of home.Delivered and installed in Less than 24 hours!

Bought a $500 washing machine from J&T,, probably the most expensive in the place,, undiagnosable/unfixable malfunctions occured in 4 months...of course, I didn't have a "extended "warranty...so I was just out of luck...asked for some type of response/resolution from store associaites,, just got the run around for over a week..Save your money, and a headache,, and just go buy a new appliance for few dollars more! It's not worth the gamble!

I own a pet grooming salon in clawson and we go through washers like crazy. I walked in, so friendly, they picked out my washer and guarantee delivery next day. This was honestly such a wonderful experience. The previous used appliances place I used was so hard to get a hold of.

When the dryer we ordered from Best Buy didn't work, we returned it. Then tried ordering another from another place. It was going to be a month for delivery.I went to J&T and had a working dryer--delivered and installed--in less than 24 hours, for much less than either of the first two options.Friendly, professional staff in store got me squared away, and the delivery crew was the fastest, most efficient crew I've seen. In maybe three minutes they guided the dryer safely through five doorways and a set of stairs, into position, got it set up, and were on their way.I have a house I'm renovating, you can bet that J&T will be supplying all the appliances I need! Great price, excellent service.

Went in to get a dryer, most of the appliances did not look even wiped down little lone cleaned up for selling. Prices started at $300. Got me a better and cleaner deal on CL!

Hands down the greatest repair guy I've ever seen. He just fixed our dryer, then a week later our oven broke. He came within a day or two and fixed both appliances for an EXTREMELY reasonable price. There's no one else I'd call ever again.

I used to refer people to J&T appliances all the time and I thought they were a good batch of people there. I bought a dryer from them about a year ago- and I bought a nice one so that it would last a while. Probably the most expensive dryer they had in the store at that time. They have a 6 month warranty, cool. So 12 months later...my dryer doesn’t want to carry a heavy load and will stop spinning. I call them and promptly they sent over a technician. I paid him 45 dollars to connect a hose and he left. Stating that the dryer probably was reacting this way due to moisture. He said the only thing that would cause it to act that way is if the motor was bad. He said to call back if I had any issues and he would replace the motor. So the next day it acts up again, I call and a lady answers and takes down my info. I have called about 6 times and never get a call back. I am afraid if I scrap the thing, they will just garbage pick it, fix it and sell it for $300 again. All I wanted was a functioning dryer!

What a great and friendly place. I was directed here by our landlord when our fridge went out to purchase a new fridge. Budget was a concern and the he team here really did a great job helping me find what we needed in our budget. His staff fully cleans the appliances and most look like new. They delivered our fridge and hauled away the old one. Great service, great prices. Will recommend to anyone in ear shot.

Appliance did not last long at all and when called back up for assistance with this matter was spoken to in a very rude manner and as if they have their money and do not care that the appliance purchased from them no longer works or did not get money’s worth! Of course stated only warranty is 6 months and was right outside of that! Where does that leave me.....well with a broken washer recently purchased from this horrible place and just in time to add another horrible encounter to this ridiculous 2020 and then offered to have some stranger come look at it that is not affiliated or works at their store! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ...after ONLY have used them in the past will NO longer as they lost a customer for good and will share this experience with whomever I come in contact with!! RUDE RUDE RUDE

Good service and knowledgeable staff. everyone was very approachable and easy to talk to. They can help you find parts and diagnose your appliance issues. Delivery is very affordable and they remove your old machines. I have tried other used appliance shops in the area and they didn't deliver the same quality service as JT.

I bought a refrigerator from them and it worked for 8 months. I called them and they said the warranty has expired but we will come check it out for $40. When they came they said it will be $40 to fix it. It did not work. When we called them they said oh well it must be the compressor. Sorry. Really? Why charge us to fix it if you weren't sure it would work. The refrigerator was not cheap. And I should have just bought a new one. Bad customer service and subpar appliances. Go somewhere else for your appliances.

We went here because we heard some nice things about this appliance store. My husband called and got prices on some fridges (600-800 for what we were looking for) but when I arrived, the lady (same lady he spoke to on the phone) said it was 750-900 but 90% of them were 900. While browsing their showroom, and opening the fridges, prior to speaking to the worker, my mother asked "what's that?" And upon closer inspection, there was a baby ROACH in the seal of the fridge, just crawling along. And if there's one, there's more as anyone is aware!! While the worker was showing me one more fridge, she proceeded to swat away another roach off the freezer part of it. To say the least that we got the h*ll out of dodge is an understatement!! I mean, if you wanna waste your money here, great, just know, you'll probably be getting free roaches with your appliance.

The salesman greets you as you walk in, finds the best appliance per your criteria and then the delivery is scheduled for the next day....best surprise is the delivery man, mark and his assistant are incredibly fast, knowledgeable and efficient, best delivery experience i,ve ever had, big ticket stores pale by comparison, couldn't be more impressed

If I could give negative stars I would because I was just sitting here drinking coffee with my aunt while she called J & T appliances and the lady on the phone was so extremely rude that I had to come on here and leave a review so nobody else's aunt ends up crying because they have extremely rude workers. So mean and unprofessional that I have to warn everyone. Shame on you Lady for your disrespectful, misery you try to push off onto other people! Purchased a Kenmore stacked laundry unit. Lasted less than a year. I wouldn't expect to buy a new unit every year. They provide only 6 months warranty so SOL.
