Very rude. Not up to date on animals in there. Made me get rid of one of my dogs. So many homeless and mistreated dogs and they worry about having to many dogs. If they are taken care of and in a good home they shouldn't worry if you have four or three dogs. Never go to this place

I called there to see if our 9 month old kitten ended up at the shelter. He scooted out of the house March 7. 2022. 9 month short haired Grey male tabby. He still has not found his way back home. The animal control officer was very kind. And gave me some helpful tips and advice from her expertise of cats for him ti remember where home is if he wanders back. By our conversation, She is very experienced as to cats personalities and their attachments to their families. The shelter has has awsome hours of operation .

These people are full of bunk. The animal control officer called me and told me that the dog that I was looking for was not available at the location. Well I hopped them and pick up truck went right over there and the dog is right there. These people are on their own agenda and I suggest you go to a better animal control adoption center in Michigan.

On valentine's day we adopted Barney and I just love him to pieces. He is an amazing dog. The shelter was very nice, and the people really care.Yesterday, a black dog, we will call Zeus, was on my porch, friendly and very skinny. I called to have him picked up in all hopes he will find a new home. I really hope he does. I think he will be a great family dog.

Just adopted a kitten, amazing place. A woman working there named Jennifer was so sweet and answered all questions we had, knew what she was doing and made it a easy fast process. Keep it up!

I gave the Hazel Park Animal Control a three star, because the lady was friendly. The department definitely needs A LOT of attention to their building and the parking arrangements, in addition to the facility, where the animals are kept. The facility is in great need of remodeling. The accommodations for visitors and employees alike are in despair.

Justin, the Animal Control officer is awesome. He is compassionate toward the animals he works with. He gave cat food to a man struggling with mental illness. The facility is clean, and the team there works really hard for the critters.
