If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They LITERALLY called me to tell me TWO of my prescriptions were ready and so I drove there to get it and they didn't have ANY for me. This is not even the first time this has happened. They also lie to your face about stuff. I said I had a goodrx code, which ALWAYS works, and then, the lady says, "oh we don't take those unless you don't have insurance." I called her out and she literally wouldn't even look at or try my code. Plus they always have plenty of staff but they stick a sign on the drive through window that they are "short staffed" so you have to come inside. How am i supposed to unload my sick kids out of the carseats to come inside and hope they dont barf while i pick up their scripts?! The pharmacists are rude, unprofessional, and extremely disorganized with no communication. Go somewhere else, for real

Convenient when open, but not truly a 24 hour location. I've encountered locked doors and empty lots at lease 3 times here in recent months. Not on holidays either.

The girl that helped me named Sarhara was rude as anything, I wish I could use harsher words to describe how she treated, not only me, but I seen how rude she was to her coworkers too, insane. Switching pharmacies as fast as I can

The Pharmacy Manager was so clueless on how to do her job, I would love to know where she went to school, because she is NOT qualified, she also lied about her name when I asked, the PM Chinwe is horrid with customers and even worse with medication, please never deal with her, id rather be admitted to the hospital than to ever let her touch or manage a single one of my prescriptions again, she should lose her license.

I called, person answered and pretend to listen. Probably looked at their coworker and asked " do you know what colloidal silver is ?!" Then transferred me to the pharmacy. Who then didn't bother looking, transferred AGAIN. Wonderful Carl Randolph answered and tried repeatedly to find what i was looking for. CVS, you need to give Mr Randolph a raise. Also hire more people like him.

It’s supposed to be 24 hours but I get here @12:05 a.m it’s a sign on the door talking about due to short staffing they won’t be open until 7am! Well they need to clarify that on Google to stop wasting people time and gas money!

I can’t remember ever having a positive experience at this CVS pharmacy. I keep trying to use it because it is the closest to my house. I feel like the pharmacy workers have never been truly helpful they are literally just there to do the bare minimum of their job. They don’t care about making anyone’s life easier or putting customer service above anything else. Believe me I’ve been in the service industry for the last 15 years and I understand how tiring it can be especially working through a pandemic. They close down well before their mentioned lunchtime hours and refuse to do something that I’ve literally seen done in a minute and 30 seconds. I pulled up at 1:25pm (after receiving a text at 1:20 pm saying my prescription was filled and ready) to a closed window and not until 1:27 pm the person said the drive thru is closed. I replied I’ve been here for two minutes already and could have been helped and gone before your lunch started. She just replied well the register is closed already. I replied with its good to know you close earlier than you say on your phone service and advertise on the window. And I drove off. I don’t like the branch, the service I get or the employees attitudes.

It was a great experience very helpful staff and friendly. They were very helpful. It was my first time shopping at this CVS store. I truly enjoyed my experience. The items I needed was on sale in a different an the staff let me know about the sale. I changed my mind an purchase the ones on sale. The store was every clean.

This pharmacy is the worst with my experience. They have my name spelt wrong and every time I call to see if prescription is done I am told I do not have an order. This causes a lot of anxiety and worry because medication is important. Most of the representatives are rude and unhelpful. This has happened more than 5 times and not acceptable.

This is the second time I went into this cvs store they always say my health insurance is not active but it's funny how I call my health insurance all the time it's active . It's just a bad experience every time I go to this CVS😏

If there was a 0 I would rate it! I can't say enough bad things about this pharmacy but I will drive to Royal Oak rather than come back here! They are the absolute worst, first my script wasn't covered by my insurance, then it needed pre authorization, now its not in stock. Thye are rude and lazy! Period! I asked her what should I do, she kept repeating, we don't have it in stock. Fire them all and start over!

I would suggest going elsewhere to fill your prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is not only incompetent and unhelpful, there are also extremely rude and treat their customers like trash. I will never fill another prescription here. If you live in the area I would recommend the Rite Aid on 9 Mile and Ryan.

I would not recommend going to this pharmacy for prescriptions. Staff are rude! They will answer the phone and throw you on hold immediately. When asking questions they will immediately cut you off before you’ve finished your question. If the pharmacy does not have your RX in stock they will not call to inform you. If your insurance is no longer taken there and you have a RX to pick-up they will not call to inform you of recent changes. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and have been consistently receiving POOR SERVICE. The only reason I chose to go to this pharmacy is because it is conveniently located. I will be transferring my prescriptions as soon as possible!!! Please save yourself a wasted drive and stress and choose another pharmacy company altogether!

Pharmacists will lie about inventory and refuse to give you medication. They claim that medications have been out of stock for 6 months despite them filling the original script 3 months ago.

The worse pharmacy ever!!! They are soooo slow and lie about your meds and blame it on the Dr’s!!!I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never go here!! These people here don’t care about their patients!! If it wasn’t for us, they wouldn’t have a job!!How are they gonna lie and say the Dr stopped my husbands seizure meds?! I called my husbands Dr and his Dr never canceled my husbands seizure meds!! This pharmacy play with peoples lives!!!

Way better than the run down crack hotel that stood on this ground my entire life. But sometimes they're not open 24 hours. So make sure, you don't want to make the trip at 3am and it's closed.

Advertised as 1-2 day return on COVID PCR test, came to location for scheduled appointment and only after giving test was I told to expect 2-4 days. When challenged, the clerk said there wasn't anything that could be done. Now I'm forced to find another location in case the results don't come back in time. Should have never thought CVS would have their business straightened out and now I remember why I stopped using them as a pharmacy.

This is my local cvs so i care about the image and maintenance. This store is still new and nice inside. Usually in and out without to much of a line . Now they have the self checkout kiosk which helps for speedy checkout. But it's time you guys painted the parking spots outside again . It's time you call the police on the panhandling outside the door or hire someone to do this job. It's time you cleaned up your garbage outside.. the citizens are trying to raise the property value of hazel park living and attract a better crowd and its happening so join the community and take care of business you earn plenty of money with your location and the amount of foot traffic moving through so no excuses. I'll raise the stars and edit this post once you do what you need to to maintain your property.. after all you are my neighbor

Anyone who uses cvs pharmacy at 33 w 9 mile rd I recently went to this pharmacy on 9 mile and John r and was treated horribly they knew my prescription was on back order and had me have my dr send over my prescription 3 times before they refused to fill it and neglected to tell me they didn’t even have my medication and it’s been on back order for months if I had known this information I wouldn’t have had it sent to them 3 times now I’m on day five without my medication and no idea when I’m going to be able to get another prescription written and sent to a whole new pharmacy the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional they hung up on me 4 times I’m pulling all of mine and my children’s prescriptions from this pharmacy and going to a new pharmacy I’m very upset and disgusted with the way I was treated by the staff they’re very rude and disrespectful I would recommend that anyone who has prescriptions at this pharmacy to stop using this pharmacy they deserve to be shut down this place is a joke and I suggest they be put out of business I’ll never use cvs pharmacy ever again

The pharmacy is a literal joke. I was prescribed albuterol for my nebulizer when recovering from covid. It was not filled due to me “already having an inhaler” they archived it and it was never filled. I’ve had this issue with several different medications now. Considering transferring scripts elsewhere.

I go to this CVS because it is within walking distance for me. I do not take pain medications like one of the other reviewers had written about, however, I have had miscounts on my medication. A few of the pharmacy workers are hard to understand but always seem willing to help. The front desk workers, on the other hand, never seem to have a smile for anyone and you get the feeling that they would much rather kick you to the curb, then help you.In short, I would much rather wait a little bit and cash out at the pharmacy... than get the cold shoulder at the front register.

I get my perscriptions here because it is 24 hours. My work schedule does not allow me to be able to pick perscriptions up until really late. I liked this pharmacy but now they are no longer 24 hours which means I have now gone 2 days without my daily meds. Also, I will have to find a different pharmacy that will be open convenient hours. The closest one is twice the distance away from me from this one. I am not at all happy about the hour change. I now must take my business elsewhere.

This pharmacy, my God, it takes them sooo long to answer the phones especially when they FIRST open even! Like who wants to sit on the phone with a a kidney infection going on fever a huge migraine for 20 plus mins. Sorry but not sorry I don't feel like leaving the house to get an answer! They are super slow with filling prescriptions too. Unbelievable!

Horrible customer service from Lisa with blonde hair today. Made an exchange on a vitamin product with no seal purchased last night. I walked in to grab the newer product, I checked other vitamins on the shelf to see if they had a seal as well and some did not. I brought one to the register so that they would be aware of the products. She was loud and rude out of no where saying "Ok. Do you have a receipt?" I showed her. She replied, "next time bring it in a bag because this looks real cosher. You can't just walk in with vitamins with no bag and bring up another one." Ma'am selling products with no seal is "real cosher". I just opened the product on the way home from work to take the vitamin and noticed it, then stopped at the CVS to exchange it, therefore I did not have a random bag on hand. After sitting in the parking lot shocked by her service, I decided to go back and return the newer vitamin..in a cvs bag. I walked in and said "here's a bag, now I'd like to return it." Like Just give me my money back altogether now. Had product been "cosher" I would not have had to make the trip at all. She was much kinder now that her manager was working the register next to her.
