Our Jax looks amazing, he had an ingrown nail and they took proper care of it. 10/10 highly recommended for cats.Had to come back and update that they also took the time to update me about his nail via text, and sent pictures showing how they took care of his wound. ALSO! I LOVE that they do not have any dogs on cat grooming days, Jax has a chihuahua at home big big dogs terrify him and he was so calm when picking him up ☺️I read some reviews saying they are cold or not nice but to be honest they were the kindest pet spa I have been to in the area. Since moving from Lansing 3 years ago we have yet to find a groomer who we liked as much as our regular in Lansing, and it’s safe to say bingo has a new regular, Mr. Jaxine 😎

I have a mini golden doodle. I had been looking for the right place to get him groomed and I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I have gone to Christi 3 or 4 times now and she has exceeded my expectations every time. She is so kind and gentle with my pup and listens to what I want. I highly recommend!

Took my long haired cat into the salon for a brush and sanitary trim. The staff are very friendly and professional. My cat has never looked better!

The business recently closed in January 1st of this year. The previous Brian gave out gift cards to his clients back December and closed shop. Extremely bad business practices. I am not sure if there are others who have experience the same issue. Trying to get my money back ASAP.

Today was the first time I have ever took my dog to get a bath. I was scared that my 6 month old puppy would not do good at all. He doesn’t like the bath at house at all. The groomer got my baby boy smelling all good and nails good where he don’t hurt my children with his nails. We will be back for sure.

I walked in with a cat AND 2 dogs on a random Monday afternoon and not only did they take my fur babies immediately to do nail trims but they handled them so well and with care. I was in and out in 20 minutes, no one was bleeding, no one got bit lol. New permanent nail place period. Most places don't even accept cats so finding this gem is a miracle.

Took my cat in for a cut and cleaning and Bingo did not disappoint! His cut was low, but not too low and he was cleaner than ever before! I will be bringing him here every time! The lady that groomed him was very friendly, and I could tell my cat liked her!Side note: they have “cat only” days to calm cats and make sure other pets aren’t causing fear/ anxiety.FYI- this is a new business. The “customer” side is a bit rough looking, but you can tell they are in the works of making it better.

Had a VERY positive experience. My boyfriend dropped off our senior, 14 year old, arthritic Siberian Husky named Nikita this morning for his first groom here. We were able to get an appointment with minimal wait (about a week which isn't bad considering PetSmart said first available was in April), everyone we spoke to was very professional. The groomer (whose name we didn't get) was very patient, attentive, and caring with him. We've had issues at other facilities that are just too busy and don't pay attention to his arthritis, thankfully, not the case here. Very happy with the service and care received and Nikita is extra fluffy and bouncy now!

I have a dog that has a lot of anxiety. She has to be medicated to go to the groomers or the vet. Bingo pet salon in Hazel Park did wonderful with her. She got a bath, a trim and her nails cut. She looks and smells great! They were very reasonable as well. I will definitely be bringing her back.

This was our first time at this location and everybody was so nice :) they did so great with our golden retriever. Honestly it’s easier right now to get into this location than RO, but I can see that changing soon:) thank you!

Staff was pleasant, Christi(very large blonde) groomer was very rude and not customer friendly. I was concerned that she walked away from a large poodle and took another dog to a different table, if that large dog had jumped he would have hung himself. Never would I leave my dogs with her unattended.

I'm glad to see that more new businesses are coming to Hazel Park, and I try to support them on every occasion. That's why I chose Bingo Pet Salon. The first impression wasn't the best. A groomer (I don't know her name; she didn't introduce herself) was cold, no smile. I started telling her that's my dog's first professional grooming appointment, and he might be nervous, but she didn't listen, hurrying to start. Well, I hope she is more patient and attentive to dogs than she was to me. When I came back, the receptionist went to the back room for my dog and was away for a few minutes. I started to worry; why it's taking so long? She came back, briefly talked to another groomer, and they went to the back room together. I freaked out; I thought something had happened to my dog. After another few minutes, the groomer came to me and explained that they'd mixed dogs up and didn't know which one was mine. Finally, I got my dog back. I want to thank the receptionist girl. She truly apologized and helped me to calm down. Also, a suggestion, you may want to give your four legs customers water after grooming. When we returned home, my dog ran straight to his water bowl and finished it all.

Terrible place for grooming pets. I took my cat and dog here and they didn’t know how to groom them. I picked them up and looked worse then when I brought them. The place is dirty and the staff were unprofessional and not friendly towards my pets. Waste of time and my money. A No star rating at best.

Disappointed.I was initially very excited that Bingo moved into the HP community. During the first visit, the receptionist messed up on the payment, which required one of the owners, Brian to get involved.Decided to give the place a second chance. Brian the pavers booked my appointment. Never received an appointment confirmation, called the morning off and NO appointment was ever made. Incredibly frustrating and ZERO response from the owner.It feels like HP is getting subpar service or the owner is simply not competent at doing his job and running the business.

If you are looking for a nice warm and inviting place to take your fur baby, this is not it. Dark and uninviting. Felt like an old dirty place yet it's a new business. The person at the counter was good with answering questions but I watch the other girl, no effort was made to make your pet feel comfortable, very cold. Had nails trimmed and a little fur, asked for a brush out but no signs that happen. I wanted somewhere nice, this was not it.

I've been burned by this location several times. Either not being open on days they are supposed to or not having anyone present during listed operating hours. Further, the lack of informing when deviating from the posted schedule is not acceptable.
