Typically, I dont have any issues when I go here. Today on the other hand was a bit difficult. Every month I stop in to make a payment for something that would cost 10x's the amount in gas than to pay the small fee to do it here. A new girl behind the counter had never seen or done one of these transactions before. So I politely requested that she get a manager. With this type of payment, being that it was a substantial amount plus the place where it was going, if by chance it was done wrong coukd have quite a bit or consequences. A solid reason to ask that she get help. Instead, she ignores me and tries to do everything over walkie talkie. Not how I would have liked to see things done. In the end, she had to have a manager come anyways. She had started sending the money elsewhere like I had feared. A cold look and a rude, "im a new manager " remark is how it ended. Cool, I'm happy for you. I didn't think I was wrong asking for someone with a little more know how to do this expensive transaction. Asking for assistance isn't a bad thing. The hell that it could have created gad it gone elsewhere.

I'm not going to pretend like I understand what's going on here, but the service I received tonight was poor. Immensely slow at the drive-thru, two cars in front of me pulled away, they were completely out of stock of one medication, and the other would take 30 mins to fill, after already waiting 30 mins for them to receive the script from urgent care. Bad.

One of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve been too. Slow. Not very friendly. No compassion. High co pays. And never have anything ready. I’m always making a second and third trip for same prescription. No cool at all. Wish I could change back to CVS. They were great. Gosh I miss cvs. Walgreens sucks bad !!!!!

I really cringe whenever I have to fill a prescription at this location. It's gotten to the point where its laughable. I call in a prescription, I receive a text and phonecall from Walgreens automated service that my fill is ready. I have learned to call and SPEAK to a pharmacist before I trust the recording/calls. This time, I called, spoke with someone who confirmed its ready. Confidently, i drive to the store and (i cant make this up) not only is it not ready, they dont have the prescription period..and acted like I was lying when i told them I received a text message, an automated call AND AND called the pharmacy and confirmed it was ready. I actually showed the woman at the window my text message and call log. Her reply was something similar to: "Well, we dont control the alerts." Okay fine...but what about my call to the pharmacy and speaking to one of you!? SO frustrating this is the only close Walgreens. It is by far the WORST pharmacy ive ever been to. Skip it if you can. Family Fare is close by.

After having my 12 year old in the Emergency room and after waiting 40 mins from the time we left the E.R and went to the pharmacy the prescription still wasn't filled. Ok, not a problem. But what IS a problem Is when the worker said *last name* 10 minute fill to another pharmacy lady, the other lady working blatantly laughed out loud and then loudly joked about her husband not being able to bring her food . Because she wouldn't have time to eat. Because it was to busy and she snatched a coffee from her husband shooting him dirty looks, clearly frustrated at us in line. At 5:15 pm , after a holiday weekend.

I like coming here mainly for the reward card benefits. The employees are always very friendly, helpful & attentive. In fact the good attitudes seem to outweigh the few issues i have here. Enough to keep me coming back.I didn’t give a 5 star rating because of few issues that should be addressed.Stock is often low or out in several areas, prices seem high compared to neighboring competition, lack of any new products, seems like the same exact merchandise each visit.The pharmacy. I used it in the beginning. Each time they were rude. I just ignored it. I was there with my father and they were acting as if his questions were a waste of time. That managed to get him & I very upset, so we simply left. Haven’t used that pharmacy since.Still overall I’d recommend stopping in here to check the place out.

Walgreens pharmacy will fill a partial script & knowingly let you run out of meds after 10 days.. isn't 12 days plenty of time for them to "order" a prescription? They fill a 10 day supply then on 12th day still don't have it in stock?? On another note.. they assured me that they would fill 6 (enough for 3 days, so I wouldn't run out). Went to pick it up & they say we are out of stock. Is anyone managing this pharmacy??? It's a joke.. not very professional. A pharmacy is a place you trust to be on top of situations like this. Wow huh.. just wow. What a disappointment!♦️UPDATE!! I received a call from management of Hastings Walgreens. I would like to add, they are working to resolve issues like this. Thank you Walgreens management for your time and concern in resolving the issues I experienced! I really appreciate you reviewing this matter 😀 (changed my star rating from 1 to 3 for the time being)

They gave me a partial prescription because Walgreens didn’t have enough to fill it 💯. Went back couple days later to get the rest ( which is 25 pills). They had 3 months ready for me. I told them I can’t afford to pay 3 months at a time I only do 1 month because the pills are pricy. They wouldn’t give me my 25 pills. Told me they had to call insurance. But you already gave me 5 of them. I’m still waiting. I’m sorry it is so unprofessional of Walgreens. So your done. I have choices. Now I will never have to go there for other supplies either. Bye

The manager treated my father horribly. He was simply letting them know their bathroom was not clean and he was called a liar. How awful!

I received a covid vaccine today. There was only one pharmacist on duty and I couldn't tell she put the needle in me. Slight soreness like a tetanus shot but she's a class A shot giver. Customer service was great thank you!

I have been attempting to use the pharmacy for a year for a consistent prescription. They will call and text to tell me it's ready then when I get to the store they always have some excuse why it isn't there like somebody else came in first and got the last one or the messages send automatically. Do not count on it for any prescriptions.

Called from Hastings Walgreens,pharmacy asked if I needed anything. I don't know,you called me..??? If you don't want to talk to a customer,please don't call. And never hang up on a customer,sometimes phone reception isn't good ...today you get one star.lousy service.take customer service call classes and show some respect for the people that feed you.

It’s a descent, small town Walgreens. Occasionally they don’t have the products they should, but it’s better than some other pharmacies available.The workers here are polite and engaging. We always chat it up whenever I go in.Overall, if you use Walgreens, this one is fairly typical. Average wait times and ok service, nothing amazing, but that’s what’s expected.

Don't try to use this Walgreens as a place to have your packages that need to be signed for delivered. They stupidly put their for pickup packages on their outbound package shelf and the FedEx driver has picked up my package that was just delivered there the previous day TWICE now! The staff behind the counter just shrug it off like it's the driver's fault but it wouldn't even happen if they would quit putting inbound packages on the outbound shelf! Totally unacceptable and inconvenient. Unfortunately unlike all the people complaining about their poor pharmacy service I have no options if I need to sign for my package and can't be home, I have to have it delivered to this disorganized s*** show.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I had an urgent need for a specific antibiotic. My other pharmacy had none, but called and confirmed that this Walgreens did. I drove out there to the drive through, and was told it was ALMOST done and to circle back to the end of the line. I parked for a couple minutes, then did so.Then I was told it would be 15 minutes. Okay, whatever. They gotta do what they gotta do, and I NEED this drug ASAP. So I park for nearly 20. Go back to the window...GUESS WHAT?! THEY DIDN’T HAVE ANY IN STOCK THE WHOLE TIME. They lied to the other pharmacist, they lied to me TWICE, and wasted mine and my doctors time- while she now needs to find someone with that antibiotic.Will never return. Even if my life depends on it, because they’re clearly not going to help.

I suggest sending your prescriptions elsewhere. Not only are the employees less than helpful, but they’ll tell you to pick up your medications after the pharmacy closes.

I accidentally left my card at this store and I live over 2 hours away. They sent it to me promptly without any questions asked (except questions to verify it was mine). Very nice and friendly people!

Walgreens pharmacy is AMAZING. Would not trust anyone else for my prescription. Also for everyone saying that they didn’t fill yours so whatever, THEYRE JUST A PHARMACY, not your doctors office, not your insurance. Do some of the lifting, Karen.

How many times have my precriptions not been ready and ive been asked to come back the next day? Or im not told that one of the prescriptions isnt in the bag with the rest? Too many times to count. It's to the point that its unacceptable.

Too bad you cant put 0 stars. After this trip I will be switching pharmacies every time I come here there is an issue now today I've been waiting since 215pm for 2 scripts that I was told would be ready in 40 min. It's now 345pm and they still arent ready. I have better things to do then sit in a parking lot for an hour and a half

Open until 10pm but the pharmacy is closed? Now I have to drive 30 miles to get a prescription filled. Honor your hours. I definitely won’t be back.

If the store stays open an hour later than the pharmacy, then maybe the pharmacist could shut his gate if he's there at 930 so it doesn't look like he's open.
