Generous with the two stars for this TSC location and it is only because I love the employees there as they are knowledgeable and try to be helpful. It doesn't matter tho when I go in the store for one or two items and it isn't in stock. I am not talking specialty items, it does not matter what it is I am looking for, they never have what I need when I need it. Shelves are always empty. We are talking 4 health dog food, kit n kaboodle cat food, milk bones, senior horse feed, ect. Always out of stock when I need it.Good thing there are two farm stores in Hastings.

After going to the Tractor Supply’s in Florida Live Oak in particular I haven’t found one like that yet. Nice store in Hastings not all the associates were interactive or interested. Every one in Florida would interact , this is a good thing.

I called to pick up an item on clearance, I asked them specifically if they could price match the quoted price I gave them that another TSC had given to other people and they said yes, I said great I’ll be there tomorrow can to please put it to one side. I drive 45 mins there after work and an employee called Justin said no they won’t price match it. Even though their colleague the day before said yes and had put it to one side with proof of other receipts for the price match! I filed a case with customer service and am waiting for the manager to reply. Left empty handed and a long drive back. Not good enough TSC Hastings

Got what I needed. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Propane fill is awesome. Only pay for what you take. Top off your tank and only pay a small portion. Great for when getting ready for a trip. That way you're not paying for a full tank when you don't need a full tank.

Always fun to run into this store. Usually find stuff I don't need to buy lol. Great customer service at counter, buy Usually you'll have to run around in circles to find someone to help though. Great place to buy husband's muck boots.

Great selection of tools, hardware, clothing, pet and agricultural products. I have purchased my last two riding mowers and a log splitter in recent years as well as the oil, blades and filters to maintain them. I get my propane tanks refilled here too. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from Mikayla at service desk and Clayton! Recently bought a big pellet stove. Didnt have a trailer and live about 30 mins away. Clayton saved me a trailer rental and hour round trip to return it by helping me load the stove in the back of my SUV. It was a cast iron so super heavy stove. I tried to tip him but said he was just doing his job! I've named the pellet stove Clayton in his honor :) great job!

My local tractor supply. They recently did some remodeling and I reckon it looks mighty purdy. Got one my hats there and it's kept pretty nice through rain and snow. Always get our feed and birds there. Good place 🤠👍

I met the manager from the Plainwell TSC here today. I had a brand question about Purina feeds and he was VERY knowledgeable and had horses himself. TSC is a real people's farm store. Love it

I felt they could have been more helpful. When I asked if they could or would get my dog food(they carry the brand just not the bite size) they said no.Fine, I'll drive the extra miles to shop at another store that knows customer service.

Great place to get tools and other supplies for yard maintenance to pet care good price. Usually do all my Christmas shopping here and has a good bargain and clearance rack that often has good supplies you don't need until you see it.

Not sure why Tractor Supply was closed early (10 min) last night. Terrible way to run a business.I did have a great 5 star review on here for this place. Hope getting out of work 10 minutes early was worth it for you people.

I try to shop locally to help local businesses and have gone to TSC in the past for pet food and some household items. Prices are competitive and the staff is courteous and helpful. Like most stores during the Covid19 epidemic, they aren't as well stocked as in the past. Other reviews write positively of the curbside pick up but I like to shop in person. I visited the store yesterday about an hour and a half before closing. There was maybe 15 customers in the store at a time coming and going. There was a spray bottle of disinfectant and towel by the carts. There may have been a sign about masks but nothing that caught your attention. I was the only customer in the store wearing a mask. At other stores in Hastings, similar observation that the majority of patrons won't wear masks. I guess they are protected by an invisible shield or just unconcerned. In the future, I intend to shop at Gaines Twp or Kentwood.

Used the TSC on-line order and delivered to your car service. What a great service and a positive experience. I place the order on-line the night before got an email the next morning that the order was ready for pickup. I called when I got to the store. The order was brought out within 5 minutes and placed in the back of my truck by a very friendly young man. Good job TSC with the Covid 19 issues this is a good service. A nice clean and orderly store where you get greeted at the door as you enter. I find their prices are about average for the area. The employee's know their store, what they carry, and where it's located in the store. I really enjoy shopping here.

I love tractor supply but as of late they seemed to be struggling with keeping up with stock. Lots of empty shelves and items missing. This has been a problem for about a month or so and I hope it fixes itself soon.

Friendly and always helpful. Recently during their cyber week they issued me a rain check for sunflower seeds, called me when they were in. They held seeds in back brought them up front helped load them into my car. I'm just happy they issued a rain check because my birds go through a lot of seeds and they get expensive. This will help feed my feathered friends through the Winter.

A good spot for certain things like hardware, which they sell by the pound. I didn't think it was possible but the checkout line was longer and slower than Wal-Mart and be prepared for wrong way drivers in the one way parking lot.
