This isn't my regular vet, I was able to bring my baby (Moe Moe) here when he needed to be put down. These people were so comforting and kind I can't thank them enough for that. Definitely recommend them to anyone. I hope to switch my other fur baby( Ozzy) over to them for future care. Thank you Seidl your kindness is appreciated

This place is amazing with pets !We'd been dealing with an older dog (pug) that we've had for 14yrs, the time was near for her to go and the staff was great handling everything we needed to let her go peacefully!Even stayed past closing time to help us out...went above and beyond to comfort us and our situation!Thank you for caring for our animals !! ❤

I like this office. Everyone has my dog's best interest as their priority. They encouraged me to get his drugs on line to save money! Max hates going but it's not the office's fault. No hidden fees, easy to use and close to the DQ so Max can have an ice cream as a treat.

I came here with a family member who is forgetful and brought 3 / animals instead of the one that was scheduled and they managed to fit her. They took care of all 3. The veterinarians took turns when they could to get the animals taken care of. They were very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job.

New owners since Veteranarian Seidl retired. They could not get my dogs in to be seen on 3 occasions for at least 2 weeks. Then because I had not been there, I was considered a new patient and they could not see my dogs. Very poor way to do business.

This hospital goes out of it's way to help everyone. Staff really cares about patients and clients. Prices are just as great, that's part of the reason why I make the hour drive. I will never take my animals anywhere but Seidl's! I know I'm like most people and forget sometimes to say this, but I see all you do for me and others while I'm there. Thank you receptionists, technicians and doctors for the top notch care you give!!

My husband and I absolutely love Dr. Chalmers and the rest of the staff at Seidl! Our pup ruptured some discs in her back in August and has had a long recovery. The staff at Seidl has been a huge support through it all and we owe much of her progress to them. Sometimes the wait can seem long, but it's worth it once it's your turn and you realize it's because they take their time and genuinely care.

Dr. Coons is the most amazing vet we have ever worked with. She remembered our dog, and really worked with us on adjusting his meds. She really cares about him and isn't concerned about getting him through the doors and the next dog in the door. It's a great office.

My dog had tests done after a seizure, $500. later I took her home and she was dead the next morning. The vet knew she was too sick to survive, and I should have been told. Since Dr Seidl is gone and a corporation bought it, it's more about the money and less about love for animals

Domino is 9 years old and the last time he had his teeth cleaned was 3 or 4 years ago. This teeth cleaning was the best he has had. They are so white and no smelly breath. Very happy.

I called this afternoon very upset because my Yorkie was throwing up blood and her tummy was very painful to the touch. They were obviously very busy, which I can understand. I was put on hold for ten minutes. I was freaking out so I hung up and called back. The person who answers the phone was very short with me and lacked any kind of compassion. I was told they were fully booked and that I could take her to an emergency vet. I would have been ok with that but would have appreciated a little compassion. I hung up and called South Kent in Caledonia and received the help and compassion I was looking for. Won’t be going back.

Our dog was having a lot of trouble and Dr. Seidl took such good care of her. He is very caring and so gentle. Our dogs are generally healthy and we keep their shots up and regular but having a vet like this makes it a real pleasure to have to see the doggie doctor. These guys take such great care of my pets. Dr. Seidl has met me at his office more than once on a Sunday afternoon or in the middle of the night for emergencies on my precious fur babies. Wouldn't trust anyone else to helping me keep my babies healthy.

I called yesterday to order Bravecto for my pooch and because the office is closed to the public, I can come by, call them when I arrive and they will bring the med out to my car for me. Recently brought my 11 year old boxer in to get euthanized. It was a lengthy and hard decision, but being he bit myself, it was the right decision. 4 days later we find he still had not been put down. After speaking to Dr. Seidle, he stated he was going to rehome the dog because he felt he was a good dog. Come to find out he reached out to the prior owner, already knowing he was no longer in their possession. This again was made known to him by the previous owner on the phone. We asked for the dog back and the 208 dollars we paid for the euthanization and cremation. He did so. I dont appreciate my dog being locked in a cage for 4 days and the grief we now have to endure all over again, just because you had a different agenda. We will never go back here again. If you do put a loved one down here, be sure to stay and watch. Your pet may end up at another owners house at the expense of your dime.

Very kind people and nice location. Also there prices are very competitive and reasonable compared to other vets. Was under construction when I visited but should be nice when completed also they have a dog groomer on-site
