These wonderful ladies are so accommodating and great with our dog Scout! She's never anxious to get in the door, in fact she's excited to go. They take great care here, and you can tell. I've tried a few other places in the area and this one has been the best!

I called last week to see about getting my dog in, who's fur had matted because I left to air dry instead of immediately brushing afterwards. I have spinal stenosis and kids, and felt like I was being judged over it. I was told that they couldn't get me in for over a month, which I was very understanding about and was told a vet wouldn't be much better (understandable) Obviously I'm not going to leave my dog like this for over a month tho so asked how much clippers to do it myself would be just to get the matting out. The lady at the front desk then proceeded to tell me I'd most likely cut my dog's skin, give him burns, etc and would need 500 dollars to pay for the clippers to do it. So basically she didn't care about my dog at all and was just in a mood to be a deby downer so she took it out on me and my pet. Well I'm happy to inform you that I called my mom, who had a pair of trimmers she bought for 80 bucks for her poodle mix. My dog is taken care of now and he wasn't cut once. Plus he loved every second of it considering he got the best treats ever. Can't say much about how they do there trims, but I can say helpfulness wise and with the dogs best interests at heart... I didn't experience that at all with this business. I am very lucky I had family that was willing to drive a 4 hr round trip to help me that same day or else the advice I got from here would have left me feeling hopeless

Paws & Claws Boutique has for many years groomed our dogs and we’ve always been happy with their services. Today’s appointment was for our four month old Yorkiepoo’s first haircut. I trusted them for a haircut just for our Daisy and she now looks great. Love Paws & Claws groomers 💙

I have a husky that I have taken there to do her nails. Very friendly and quiet dog. Someone else takes her to the clinic for me since I work during the daytime. Anyway apparently the person who was working out a muzzle on my dog which made her freak out, and the worker who, according to various people I’ve talked to isn’t very friendly, started yanking my dog and being a bit rough with her. I will not accept such treatment of my own property, and as such as long as that person works there they will never receive my business.

We have a dog who is very nip likely when it comes to strangers and new experiences (rescue what was abused). I brought him in a muzzle and told her I was worried he would bite. She took it off and he loved her. We bring our other dog in now as well and they both absolutely love coming in for baths and trims. Extremely clean environment, great customer service and always great work provided. I highly recommend calling weeks ahead and plan because she is extremely busy. Worth the wait though. 5/5

Our small dog always leaves here happy and smelling clean! I have been taking him in semi-seasonally to get his hair trimmed and she is an excellent barber. Even trims his nails and the hair under and around his paws and ears. Also he is always done very quickly (1-2hrs) even when she is dealing with several animals at once. A nice air blast to ruffle out the extra hairs and a great smelling shampoo. Me and my fiancé constantly sniff him after each visit! He always comes out looking like the neat and handsome dog he is after we leave our appointments. It may take a few weeks to get your animal in but, i assure you, she is worth the wait and the fee everytime!

I have a 110 lbs Golden Retriever; grooming her is not easy to say the least. I have always brought Chloe here for the past 5 years, the work is exceptional. My dog is always very well taken care of; with Paws & Claws I never have to worry if my dog will be one of those sad stories that circulate the media. The groomer is always happy to cut or trim my dog to my wants, no matter how long it takes, and it has taken hours before. Paws & Claws is excellent about keeping a clean facility, my dog has never come out here with fleas, illness, or even cotton balls in her ears. Given the size of my dog and the amount of hair, the price charged is more than fair in my opinion. Sometimes it can be hard to reach to Paws & Claws but this is only because of how many animals they groom. I say calling back if needed is well worth the service, price, and the happiness/well being of my dog. I cant imagine taking my dog anywhere else.

I took my sweet dog in to get her nails trimmed, while I was waiting heard two ladies screaming at her and then shut the door and window. She has yelped twice when we touch the side of her! Will NEVER take her back!

Brought my thick furred orange cat Carl there twice now for a shampoo and to shave off a ton of fur in the spring. They do a great job and Carl leaves all happy and feeling refreshed!

They never answer their phone and I left three messages, they called me back weeks later. I had to physically go into the store to make an appointment. The lady working was not very friendly or welcoming. I found another groomer.
