The past three times (that I can remember exactly) that I have visited Family Farm & Home the customer service has not been great. I didn’t feel welcomed I more so felt like an inconvenience on the cashiers almost every time. For example today I had gone in and there was a male at the cash register (possible manager) he was checking out a customer and he sounded very kind, thanking the customer for coming in, and telling them to have a good day… from what I had overheard. Then I go up front and have a different cashier who had made me feel like I was not welcome… their was no talk besides the cashier asking for rewards and saying my total- which has been like that for the past three times. No smiles, no small talk, nothing. For that reason I am leaving 3 stars, I miss how customer service used to be.

Great selection of odds and ends… We commonly stop in for tools, fasteners, grass seed, beef sticks, you name it!

This was my 1st time ever at this store. Very clean. The end aisles were too small to get the shopping cart thru. I did find this concrete truck for my son and it wasn't that expensive.

Store was clean and stocked , but the staff were really rude and even openly gawky.. yes I have a different than usual outward appearance but I felt like it was more rude than curious.. they get the 3 stars because my wife and kids are there often and she had never had a problem

The staff are awesome and always help me when I shop there and load all the heavy stuff for me too. I won’t go anywhere else for feed, seed and other farm necessities. My favorite place to shop!

Every place in town was out of seed starter trays, so we stopped here by chance. Lucky us! They had seed stuff, silage tarps, and everything we needed to get our garden up and going... at a good price. Definitely recommend stopping here.

Good place to find your essentials for your outdoor birds, bird seed, feeders, birdbaths.... they have it all, as well as plant seeds and starter garden plants a little later in the spring.

Needed 8 foot livestock panels, but no one has them in stock. The kind gentlemen in the store actually took bolt cutters outside to cut 2 of the 16 foot panels down for me so they'd fit in the bed of my truck without having to remove the topper. Above and beyond, super friendly, great service, and fair prices!!

Found what I was looking for straight off. No nonsense prices clearly marked. I don't think it's there fault but, sticker shock is there. I've never paid 86.00$ for 5/16"x 20' binding chain. Thanks joe.

Good selection of tools & animal food. Great selection of young trees at good prices. Hardly any bird feeders, and the cement angel I wanted had a broken wing.

The store is clean and orderly. The staff is nice. They do not have the quail feed we need but they have better prices on food for the wild birds. We come here a few times a month and haven't been dissatisfied yet.

Don't go here much. They always have half the lights turned off in this store, so it's hard to see small wording at times. Some of it is cause I'm prematurely losing my sight. I guess my Aunt was right when she told me if I kept doing that I would end up blind.
