Laran was extremely rude and unprofessional when a customer had and issue with the self check out and refused to help them when it took there money and said they still owed money the customer nicely asked for help because the self checkout was having payment issues, she proceeded to say that he needed to have some common sense and that he should've known better than to just insert his money into the michaine and then accused him of not paying when everyone and the cameras seen him pay head to leave without his money and products he clearly paid for while she talked trash about him out load to another customer in front of everyone I hope something can be done about this lady because no one deserves to be treated this way when they where not wrong lurane need to be be fired or be talked to about her treatment and attitude towards customers

The convenience of it is nice for sure, but... I've struggled to find things I'm looking for enough times that I'm usually only visiting here to pick up something for coworkers/work. The staff are friendly though!

I couldnt get my moms wheelchair through most of the store because there were boxes and piles of mechandise laying EVERYWHERE. The toy aisle we went to look at was completely inaccessible. I will be reporting this everywhere i can. Disabled persons have as much right to shop safely as the rest of the world. Do better.

I was so excited when this store opened! Then i saw how the place was run. It is ALWAYS messy, with boxes and totes in the walkways and bins all over. Things are cluttered and messy. It just looks like the employees or management dont care, theyre too busy having social hour.Edited to add that their in store pick up is a joke. Decided to give them another shot and wne in to go in and get my order, upon walking in I could see several boxes of the diapers they "didnt have in stock" on my online order. So we tested the theory. 3 orders over 1 weekend, all with several items listed as "out of stock" that were available on the shelf.

Place needs to be cleaned up and they need to get the stock carts out of the way boxes and stock carts are everywhere ans makes it hard to even get shopping carts through an isle..... Need to take care of stock 3rd shift. Another thing is the wait time at check out, never seems to be someone at the counter, there always in the store taking care of stock, need to hire more people or something, gets pretty frustrating.

It is a nice new store, but it is in disarray some isles you couldn't get down because stuff in the way, you had two workers there, that was to busy talking and laughing and not cleaning and putting stuff away and complaining about how they get called in on there days off. It was kinda messy for a new store.

Place is way to messy, need to hire a stocker only , Hope the new store in Dowling won’t we as messy , there is no call for them to be this way , I would love to manage one of your stories! Young kids don’t know how to work!

Nice little place .... so far pretty clean ... it's just a few months old .... they have a ton of stuff crammed Into a small place maybe that's the key to their success? Their stores are never very big .... but they have EVERYTHING

Poorly managed, boxes and totes everywhere waiting to be stocked everytime I go in there. A lot of shelves are empty. Most of the employees are not very friendly.Was so excited when this store came to town but still must travel out of town when I need to do some serious shopping at this store. Very disappointing.😞

They had a special cat food I was looking for so that was good. Clerks are nice but it looks like a tornado went through the shelves. A little disheveled.

Convenient place close to home to restock common items when you need something in a hurry, and have pretty good sales, but some items can be overpriced. Does not replace your local market.

Love that it is on my side of town. Just a quick 5 min trip. And the prices are decent. The employees are always nice n courteous.

Exactly what you'd expect from a small-town Dollar General. I don't do much shopping here, but it's the closest store to my house, so it has been helpful when I need a quick item or two.

Usual Dollar General, not very neatly kept, stock carts left blocking isles, only saw one employee. I was the only customer in the store and I had to wait for a few minutes at the register for the employee to come out of the office behind the counter to ring me up.

Great place to grab small stuff or baking. Also has a freezer section. Personally I like the store for the convenience. Plus the staff is friendly.
