I do my laundry here. When I said something about a dryer, I had to wait for an employee to get done with bathroom, which she's in there for long time every time she's in there. But she said I was rude I was not rude she was a manager she talk to me with no respect, she's the one treat me with no hospitality . They allow an old man sit in laundry mat side and he stair at me & my daughter makes me very uncomfortable.This is not a place for qd allow this to happen. Old man been there all day . I've seen him there past 4 weeks now. Since they like to have this happen with old man, and rude manager that's sbattie, I go somewhere else with betterservice, and no old man stair at me. Word get out. Never had a problem till now. ,

Went to qd for donuts since my favorite bakery closed. I’ve heard people talk about how good they are and-how fresh they are.They didn’t disappoint! They are fresh, delicious and huge!And the cashier hooked me up with a qd card and it saved me a significant amount of money too!

This is MY QD store! I go by it every day on the way to and from work. My favorite purchases are donuts, Red Bull's, and various cold coffee drinks. Service is always prompt and courteous!

Took my family of nine to Haslett QD for ice cream. The ladies who worked there were very patient and helpful. They exceeded my expectations for service.

Night worker sean was rude and aggressive, he was bothered that I came into the store close to closing time. He sold me alcohol and cigarettes and other items including lottery tickets and when I won on the lottery ticket he exchanged it for me for another and I won on that one and when I went in to exchange that ticket ( all within 5 minutes) he refused to do it because he said he was "over it and didn't want to recount his numbers" . I told him that I was having a bad night because my grandma is dying and she liked Lotto tickets and that's why I was buying them and he said "we'll you should be with her instead of here buying tickets" ... I felt judged and I was offended. Not the first time SEAN from this store has been unprofessional! I will not return to this location until sean is no longer working there

Great staff. Not really overly priced for a convenience store. They have a great ice cream counter, with locally made ice cream. This location has an attached laundry mat, and isn't generally busy. This QD is open 24 hours.

The managers are very rude especially the older guy. My clothes were soaked after I used a washer and notified them and they refused to give me my money back or even to give me $.50 back to use the save drying time to soak up the water before the washer. Every time I come there is always multiple washers and dryers broken and the bathrooms and the place itself is always dirty and nasty.

Manager was literally shouting at an employee in front of many customers about how he had "better not clock out because you're staying late to fix this" after he made some mistake. Regardless of what mistake was made, shouting at an employee in front of customers is psychotic and unprofessional.

It amazes me that a store that's supposed to sell donuts and dairy...... Never has either!!Even when donuts are directly in front of them and I ask if they can get them for me I'm told no. Again you're known for carrying 2 products and you can't even do that correctly. Guess I'll drive across town from now on since apparently it's hard doing your job.... Again which is keeping 2 things in stock

Six people and others were not wearing face masks AS REQUIRED BY THIS SIGN "Stop! Face Covering Required!" Imagine myself and my one year old son getting covid-19 from this family that walked from laundromat grocer goods. Saw from car at 10pm on September 11!!!!!They don't care about our health and or safety!Never getting anything there AGAIN!😠

The staff here is great! I live close by and stop often for the ATM or a quick drink. Rhonda is the best and has gone above and beyond the last 2 times I was in to help me out.

The store does in a pinch, with nothing to replace the L and L it is the closest place to grab an emergency loaf of bread. Much to my dismay it typically is hard and tastes like cardboard. But emergency bread is emergency bread. To that end, the store serves its purpose and sells me a bag of ice and/or a lottery ticket every once in a while.
