A lot of produce either is not available or of poor quality. Low stock on shelves. Only 2 check out lines were available with a cashier leaving customers to stand in line down aisles. Self check outs just as bad. Not a good shopping experience at this Meijer

This is probably one of the best meijer stores I’ve ever shopped at. Literally the BEST & MOST HELPFUL STAFF I have ever encountered in my life. No matter how busy they are, they will go on an adventure and contact multiple members to find whatever you are looking for. Even if it isn’t their department, they will stop their current task and go on a quest, searching high & low for whatever you need and literally hunt it down with you. I WISH EVERY BUSINESS HAD A STAFF LIKE THIS MEIJER!

In a hurry, thinking about doing a quick pick up at the door. DO NOT GET PRODUCE FROM THIS STORE. They will give you rotten food. It is a shame they can not get there produce department under control. I will be giving Kroger a try and see how it goes. I have attach photos of the rotten food put in my bag for carry out. 3 STRICKS IN ONE MONTH IS TO MUCH.

Beautiful location. Super clean store and the employees are very friendly. Had multiple lanes open, including self checkout. Highly recommended this location.

Quick in and out trip. There were plenty of electric shopping carts to use late at night, fully powered. Staff was friendly.

The store would be OK if it would accept cash they have every single freaking register closed only the self check outs are open and you don’t find out they don’t accept anything but credit until you get up to the register so then you have to back out of line hopefully somebody will take your place and then you can find one that will accept cash. I really wish Walmart would not have moved out! I went through five registers not one accept cash. So if you have anything but credit don’t go into Meijer because they won’t have anything running but credit. I don’t even know why they have register operators. If they only accept credit it seems kind of ridiculous. Maybe they can do away with that too. Just trying to think in the same box that those idiots think in.

If you need a cake that won’t break the bank and is absolutely amazing, order from the Meijer bakery! We’ve always loved Meijer cakes but they went above and beyond with my son’s birthday cake. Tastes great and looks so professional! Thank you Meijer!

The rude and not understanding and races if u black that go to this meijer Jacqueline Steve and mike are all races if u ask me it the whole store dnt go to store if u a black person that need help cuz they think we liein bout what happened and really dnt want to sent u to the right people to talk to when ask to talk to someone over them. Jacqueline told me one thing then call Steve and go change what she she just told me like they just ain’t want to take the time out to help because they said it would take 45 mins to do rap we like ok then more excuses came up when we was waiting

Meijer in Hartland has changed! Lack of stock, especially on popular items. I'm frustrated that I have to use self scan and check myself out. Takes me much longer since I have no cashier experience. Most times, you may find only one cashier working who has a long line. I've been in Hartland for 19 years. The number of people coming through here has increased. Meijer has not adjusted their inventory or staff.

This store was great. (My previous experience was terrible at another store) lots of cashiers working, all the self checkouts were working. Store was super busy, but the waits in line were short.

I used to love coming in this Meijer. If you happened to be in the store on 9/10 around 6:30pm you may have come across what I did. The women’s and unisex restrooms were absolutely disgusting. They smelled horrible upon walking in. The first 2 stalls had toilets , sitting full of feces. No wonder the smell hit you as soon as you walked in. I then tried the unisex bathroom and the same thing in there.I let one of the greeters know and she could have cared less. But, said she would get somebody on it. I walked away watching here carry on chatting to her coworker. There was a lot of employees just chatting with each other.We grabbed some items and checked out. It had been 20 min+ so I checked to see if anyone had gone in there to clean, nope.I stopped at customer service and mentioned it there. Again there were quite a few employees chit chatting, including the young lady I originally told. The employee I spoke with this time wasn’t surprised. She told me she went to check the bathrooms at 1 pm and somebody had locked themselves in there for a very long time so she wasn’t able to deal with the bathrooms. Let’s hope this was not like this since 1pm. But, wouldn’t be surprised by how bad it was.Where has the pride in your job as community gone? Shame.

Part of my grocery shopping is taking back bottles and there’s never anyone in there and every single bin will be full or dirty. I used to have no problem but the past couple months I’ll load up all my bottles just to turn around and have to put them back and go somewhere else. Even when you call the store for help no one shows up. Better off going to Kroger

Wasn't pleased with a worker from the produce dept. Me and my stepdaughter needed help with balloons while she was helping us she kept on saying I don't have time doing this. There was a sign that stated if we need help see the produce department

I keep giving our local meijer a chance and every time they prove exactly why this particular store is just terrible and i should stop giving them my money. The employees are so completely rude. Between the pharmacy and bakery dept it's just horrible. Zero customer service qualities. Is the customer always right? No of course not but they are definitely super rude and absolutely NOT helpful in the least. Definitely would rather go to several stores to get what I need rather than here.

Love this Meijer! Thankful for the employees who have suffered and survived through the renovations that aren’t quite done yet. Started utilizing the pick-up option for my groceries throughout this time and absolutely love it. Meijer pick-up is an amazing option and they do an awesome job!!

EVERY time I go in there, the self checkout thinks Im shoplifting and calls an attendant over to view my video. Frankly, its insulting. The remodel is nice (FINALLY). Good food selection.
