I go in and memories of the marketplace of Matamoros Mexico come to mind! It's a Mexican Grocery Store that I just can't get enough of! The way they display their meat showcase is absolutely beautiful! I would love to know how to prepare it all so I could taste it! I have no idea what it is; but it's very tempting! Their salsas and veggies are super fresh. They have specialty cheeses... no chihuahua, but I was shown something similar. They have fresh Bakery items, tortillas, pork rinds, fresh sausage... they even have an area where you can purchase the best Mexican foods! Delicious!Not everyone there speaks English; but that makes it all the more authentic and fun! Muy Bueno El Supermarcado! Gracious!

Tiny grocery store with excellent food! Authentic everything! Tacos were sooooo good. They were so good I came back and got the gorditas and they were the best I ever had! There Tripa is also excellent I have to say!!! So glad I stopped in for lunch. They have some tables outside the store too so you can eat your food outside. I'd be here everyday if I lived in hartford lol. Good eat 4 sure!!!

Love this place!! They have everything you could possibly need or want for cooking authentic Mexican food. They have so many choices, You cannot go wrong.The prices are not bad. They take credit cards, cash and EBT. Not sure about personal checks.It's a bit crowded in aisles.

My boyfriend has been getting us tacos here around 3 times a week for the last month or so. We just moved to Hartford and these are by far the best steak tacos that we have ever had! Absolutely great price, amazing service (he says that the woman behind the counter knows his order at this point), and so so so good! Their salsas are amazing too, can’t wait to try more stuff here, the pastries are next on our list. This place is a hidden gem in this small town-you won’t be disappointed!!!

I love their fresh meat counter. They have the best ground beef in this area. Plus anything you might need for cooking a great Mexican feast. Be sure to try some Mexican pastries if you go. You can also buy Mexican food hot or to reheat at home. My son and I enjoyed their chicken tamales.

The ONLY good thing from that store is the burritos they make for you to the deli. The store is WAY to crowded, you can't even walk down some isles due to products just everywhere, the music is so loud you have to SHOUT for the person next to you to hear. It's dirty, some items outdated...after reading this to myself out loud, I will not be going back.

Gringos! Aqui! Best meat and produce at the best prices you'll ever see! I bought 4 perfect 16oz+ steaks of a total of $25. Grilled perfect. Need pasta, beans, spices, or sauces? Get it here. Sweetbreads and pastries? Yup. Dairy and toiletries? Also yup. Give them your money and put Harding's out of business. And no, I don't work there.

They carry an astonishing array of fresh produce, baked goods, meats, and seafood. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. And their carryout food is to die for. They have tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and such every day, and on the weekends, you can get carnitas, barbacoa, and other specialties. Delicious! (And very reasonably priced!)

They have t bone steaks$4.99 lb!! You can pick the ones you want of those already cut. Or tell them the thickness and they will cut it for you. Sometimes they look more like a Porter house then a t bone. I think this is one of Hartford's best kept secrets around.

Since there are no half stars I'll give this place a three.The food they cooked was bland. I expected much more flavorful food from an "Authentic Mexican food place." Also found a bone in my chicken quesadilla. The interior of the building lacked any noticable flow and seemed cluttered and dirty.The plus side is that the staff was friendly and they do have some Authentic Mexican foods that are prepackaged for sale.

Great fresh meat at reasonable prices. Locally sourced too. Lots of Hispanic produce, spices, and processed foods. Fresh Hispanic breads and sweets, and locally made tortillas. Small store is packed full of goodies.

Fajita meat is 8.99 a pound and sides or a 1.99 if you are Hispanic if you're not then it's $15 for fajita meat and $4 dont let them up change you they do it because people don't say anything

Very authentic like Mexican market place with a kitchen that serves some pretty good chicken tacos. Imported MX products and goods are there. I felt like I visited Mexicali, Baja California again. And its cheap!!!!!!!!

Friendlg staff! The only bad thing is I wish they where open 24 hours since it is the only gas station within 10 miles after nine. The inside is a bit small and cramped but it does have a large variety.
