The ice cream counter is great! Also, the food from the kitchen is incredible - the perch, pizza, hot sandwiches, everything!!! For a small, island market - you can get great food, a nice selection of groceries and a neighborhood feel!

I love the food they make. The cook in the back always makes me laugh. Nice atmosphere. Every time I stay at Harsens Island I only eat there if I eat out. Love there broasted chicken.

I like the party store. I was in there to buy four cases of beer and some liquor. I was visiting a friend down the street he lives on the island. We came the next day to get some pizzas. A few days later I came to bring my cans back I heard the woman talk nasty to a customer and then she said she wouldn’t take my cans back and gave me this big long excuse then I read something in the Harsens Island paper that just basically was a lie. The owners name is JANE you do not know how to treat people. Now I am up in Lexington. I will be calling the LCC on you and I hope they write you up with a fine. I was talking with the new owners of the future bar that’s opening up across the street I gave them my idea to accept all cans and boycott this party store they’re going to have a CARRY OUT License. I’m almost there every weekend I will do it in my best part to sway everybody to stay away from your party store. Expect the LCC to be contacting you and by the ways I’ve been in the bar business my whole life I’ve never seen a rudder person in my life. No matter if you’re wrong customers are always right I hope you read this and learn how to run a business don’t think you’ve got the market cornered either I’ve talk to other people that don’t mind spending the money to go across the ferry. I will be contacting the LCC president for that county expect a visit.

Disappointed. Google said the San Souci Bar and Restaurant was open and they are still closed. The New Owners are remodeling, but I was told that they will be opening soon.

It's sort of a corner-store supermarket. Small, but it has everything. The owner was on duty the day we were there and she was super friendly and proud to tell us about her store. She has lots of fresh baked pies and pound cakes available, all baked by her. This is the kind of store that helps make a tourist area a hit. Harsen's island is a gem, and this waterfront store helps make it just that.

The prices here seem fair, some other places in the area are a bit gougey due to being on an island. The staff here is kind and know pretty much all the names that walk through the door. This is a small town feel, in a great location. Plus it is located just across the street from the Harsen's Island gift shoppe!

Kind of bummed me out..My friends and I were bicycle riding the island and stopped here. We decided ice cream sounded pleasant. The ice cream was great and they gave us all a lot in each scoop but the lady seemed unhappy.Didn't let that bother me.We went to pay and the lady at the counter took my 3$ and i heard her say how r u. I almost responded but I then realised she was speaking to the next customer. Then handed me my change in all dimes for some reason. And said "thanks" in the rudest way possible.. It made me feel very un welcome...

I’ve been here several times because I live here and there’s really no where else to go in a pinch but when the owner don’t know how much things cost and she argues with you when the price is listed on the menu it’s kind of BS. They charge whatever they want whenever they want. I’ll spend the ferry ticket from now on and skip this place.

Very appreciative to have this store stocked the way that it is on our island ,especially with Dana’s food now .. The store is really looking good with all the improvements as well!
