I recently had the misfortune of my trailblazer breaking down over a weekend due to transmission lines issue, leaving us completely stranded. He was empathetic to my budget constraints, and instead of pushing for a full-scale, costly repair, he wisely suggested targeted fixes that would get me back on the road without breaking the bank.The team at Ritchie's carried out the repairs, which included the installation of new transmission lines. After the work was completed, they thoroughly tested the transmission to ensure all was in order. Had an alignment done and change 4 tires. They were done in just over one hour. Did a good job. They also alerted me to a few other issues. Much appreciated. A different truck went in to get an encoder motor changed on the transfer case and he pointed out that one of the front drive shafts was starting to slip. While I am currently waiting for the parts to get in, the knowledge that it is slipping will keep me from using 4 wheel drive and possibly causing even more damage. They have saved me again.

I spoke withe a gentleman on Monday about ordering tires, he was very polite, he had my tires ordered, and I went into his place of business on Wendsday, no appointment. He got me right in, and within a half an hour my tires were, and ready to go. Very clean business also. I recommend this business to others.

Came in cause I found a screw in my front tire while getting gas across the road from this shop. Pulled in and asked them about looking at it and he took me right away. When we looked at the tire the screw had fell out. But the man helping me raised my truck up on the jack and used soap spray to test all the areas on the tire for leaks. I was lucky there was none. But this shop was wonderful in the way they treated my wife and I. Thank you.

In Harrisville for the Harmony Weekend art show and the serpentine belt broke on Labor Day. With nothing open I was stuck until the next day. Was in their parking lot before the 8am opening time when Adam arrived. I told him of my problem. A new belt was ordered, delivered, installed, and was on the road by 9:20!. Stranded with a bad alternator and these guys took the time to meet me and make sure we could make it to the shop. He had the parts waiting for us when we pulled in. My car was fixed and back on the road the same day.
