I've been going to this pharmacy since we've moved up here to Harrison. They have been excellant! Exteremly helpful and friendly staff. However, on November 16th there was a new pharmacist in there I'd never seen before who questioned the milage form I had who scribbled all over my form and was very rude. I bring these forms there all the time also the info is verified. I won't let one rude person ruin my love for the rest of the staff. I just hope he doesn't stay. The tension behind the counter that day was horrible. 5 stars for the rest!!!

Pharmacy gives you the run around. It's like pulling teeth to either get your medication in a timely fashion or to get a straight answer on when they'll actually have it. Two different times we've been given a time to find out they never had the medication to begin with.

No one answers the phone. Left message and no call back. Dr called in script and the next day it still wasn't filled and told 20 mins after 40 mins approached counter and told that they didn't have the med in stock. Went to another pharmacy and they couldn't get ahold of them to transfer prescription. Never will

Went to rite aid a few days ago to get my daughter's boyfriends prescription for antibiotics. He has insurance they told me the closest place that takes it is gladwin he thought. (Mind you it was on a Saturday and it was only one guy there so he might have been frustrated or stressed dealing with everyone) so I asked what the price was he gave me a price. Went Monday to get it they ran a rx discount card which didn't give as good as a discount as good rx. I asked if they could run it that way to save money. The older lady at the register wasn't friendly at all. But the shorter blonde lady came out from behind the counter was super helpful said the pharmacy right across the street covers his insurance and she would gladly send it over. Not sure her name but this is the second time she has treated me with respect and has been very helpful

If I could give them a zero I would. Rude and very unwillihng to help. I will never use Rite Aid again. It's too bad they are the only ones in most small towns. Just RUDE!!! If you can take your buiness someplace else I would. Nolt willing to help in a sistuation that was no way my fault or doing. Do not expect anything but rudness from them.

The pharmacy staff is always so helpful when I pick up my mom's scripts. They are ontop of keeping refills and calling the Dr when needed. They make it a pleasure to get scripts from.

I would suggest never using their pharmacy. They are known in the local area for not filling prescriptions, at least immediately. The Michigan Health Facility in Harrison has had many issues with them in the past, and my family has had issues with them. My mom went to pick up a prescription she had to go three different time though out the day because they hadn't filled it fortunately the at least semi competent to fill it before the day was over. Unfortunately this wasn't the only time. If you are seeking a pharmacy in the area that is capable of filling your medicine effectively Rite Aid is the "Wrong Aid" for you.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 12 + years, iv never had any problems. Iv been treated fairly and meds filled with in 30 minutes of ordering.

I ordered my diabetic medicine and went to pick up 2 days later when I needed it and they said oh you have no refills we didn't fill itMy concern is why they couldn't call to tell me this .They basically didn't even care or help me . Left me without medicine I needed because it was a holiday and couldn't contact Dr. They should have called they had 2 days

Watch your scripts.. Your child's scripts, and everything else.. Never made a claim to my child's insurance company and made me pay outta pocket claiming "no insurance".... Been covered since June 2013 with the same coverage.

My experience was terrible. I received the wrong prescription and the pharmacist was quite belligerent. Will not go there again!
