I went in there about a transaction issue I had at another store. The gentleman working was super pleasant and professional. Him and his boss helped me as much as they could. Oddly I'm not the first to have issues with workers at the older store.Thank you again for the help, I didn't catch his name.

Crazy how I pulled in at 9:28pm and they were locking the door and walking out. Closing before 10pm like the store hours say. Sorry for the inconvenience, some people don't get out if work until late and need milk or other things and you wanna close early without notice. Fabulous work ladies (I say ladies because it was two ladies locking up)

They had everything I needed except unwaxed dental floss. Employees were polite, the store was a little in disarray due to stocking shelves but to the employees defense, as soon as they would get to start taking care of something a customer would be at the check out. So they were trying. It was just "one of those days" I believe. However, even though it was in disarray it was still clean in the areas that were managed to get stocked. Nice store, nice employees, I liked it. 🙂

I've been here 3 times in the past month. Every visit there is carts with boxes that need to be stocked on shelves, not one person was putting merchandise on shelves. Filthy floors. Management needs to show up unannounced.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel right at home. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Whether you're grocery shopping, or just need a couple things, the store has a little bit of everything.

Everytime I run in there for something after work and maybe 2 vehicles in the lot I am still in there for 20 minutes because Heidi the manager has 1 speed - #1 and talks and talks! Even though seeing a line she still chit chats and slow. Asked about some drínks and her reply was probably but not going to look and when put away then there will be!At least the store in town you can walk down the aisles and the product are put away and you can get down the aisle! Mainly gave 1 star because 9f her but besides her I will give the rest 4 stars. Because of her the rest are energetic and helpful! This store is 3 miles from me but go 7 miles in town or the Houghton Lake or Clare before this one!

This store is north of town and is worth the extra few miles to drive. The store is relatively new. The staff is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The building is very clean and was like that before COVID-19.

Great store, convenient, with friendly staff. I like the location and the great selection of items. It saves a trip into town and the prices are reasonable unlike the local convenience stores and gas stations. 👍

Why do you guys never, never, have A&W Diet Root beer. I like the store but you never have that item in stock. Singles in the cold storage or 12 packs on the shelf. Other than that, Five Star!

It's a good store but the candy rack by the cash register quite often is covered in dust and they run out of stock on certain things quite a bit and it takes a little bit to get them back in

Really hate the lighting in this store, feels dark and gloomy. Doesn't make for a pleasant shopping experience. Many of the cashiers are not real pleasant either.

They have many things at better deals I have noticed They also have a all new one at north end of town. Now I personally like that one better, It's bigger and they have things in their that other one doesn't
