Very rude manager, cashier messed up on a transaction of mine. Refused to fix it before asking me to leave the store. I'll never go there again. South end and North end are more pleasant.

Pretty good store the only thing I dislike mainly is that every time I go there there is always big carts and boxes of merchandise waiting to be stocked blocking off several aisles to the point you can't even walk down that aisle. Makes it a little hard to move around things. Other then that its not a bad store I love Dollar General.

I haven't been in this store since it was reset. I'm glad it was done. It's less cluttered looking, cleaner, and considering the panic that setting in again because of COVID, it was fairly well stocked. The cleaning goods aisle was a little bare but at the time there were plenty of paper products.

I put 1 star because as their new policy goes with not having overnight stocking, the aisles are always clogged with carts full of unopened stock in every aisle way. Every single time I go in there it's always crowded with carts in every aisle. Which isn't the workers faults. They have to attend to customers while trying to restock during the day. They need to add overnight stocking back to the facility.

Workers are nice and try their best. Products are decent. Sales floor is always a mess and overstock containers are always in the way. It's not the workers fault, it's just the Dollar General style of retail. Shove as much in the stores as possible but allow as little payroll as possible.

Dirty and cutter,out of most items, they need more help.Stock in the back room,no one to put it out.Everytime I ask for cat food they say it's on the truck, they have no one to unload the truck. I think they need new management. They need to stay on top of it.

Horrible ive been going there since i was 2 and now im 21 almost 22 abd customer service has gone downhill like the rest of harrison let me start with the prices horrible i can go to walmart and pay half the price i just paid. Next the customer sevice itself you would think with spending 7 dollars on simple stuff i would be greeted in a friendly manner no guess again the brat at the register asked me if i wanted stuff bagged it was a large water and a huge bottle of dish washing detergent hell ya i want it bagged. Whatever you do go to family dollar save a lot or even family fare. They will treat you much better.

Although I was there on a busy day, shelves were stocked neatly. Staff were helpful and showed respect for others by wearing masks and social distancing.

ALWAYS A LINE, NEVER ENOUGH CASHIERS!!!! Why are there always 4 people in the store but only 1 of them are on a register??? Then it seems EVERY TIME I finally get up to the register I have to wait for them to make a money drop. Then you can bring the flyer and the sign off the shelf but they ALWAYS try to charge you more for your stuff. I only go to this store when I am EXTREMELY desperate for something.

I had an awful experience at DG - I went in to use a internet coupon $2/1 Gain Fabric Softener ($3.50) because it is going to expire tomorrow. I got EXACTLY what the coupon said however the coupon did not scan (not sure why). The young girl called over her manager and the manager said she could not take the coupon because the item would be free. I said no the item would be $1.50 with the coupon (she was getting all huffy and puffy and arguing with me about it). She then realized the price of the item was $3.50 and said she can't manually enter the coupon. I was OKAY with that, I just let her know I did not want the product.Fast forward three minutes later, my boyfriend and I had to run back into the store because we forgot an item. The manager was telling another employee OUT LOUD across the store how I tried to use a $2/1 coupon on an item that was $2 to get it for free IN FRONT OF ME. First off, why would you talk about that around customers especially the one you just had a confrontation with? Second off, why would you lie about the situation THE PRODUCT WAS $3.50 I would still have to pay $1.50 OOP. Third off, where in your coupon policy does it even state you can't use coupons to make a product free? You just lost my business Jen.

They have some interesting things their that other dollar stores don't have candy prices are good, clothes prices are very good but 1 and get 1 free that goes for anybody in the household,

Very poor price gouging today seen them switching up the prices in the store up to 50 cents on some food products and others as of now this is not to be the time to do so they blame it on corporate I say no it's just wrong to do this there is a lot of people out there on fixed incomes and the crazy stuff happening also doesen help this is just stupid on there part

Not the biggest Dollar General or anything, but for where it is it's a needed store, and the staff are some of the friendliest most helpful Dollar General employees I've ever experienced.

Clean, the empoyees don't seem happy there but very polite anyways. The manager was kinda yelling at an employee for something and she was crying but other than that the store was great

Not what I was expecting. Not to much of an Christmas discount. Disappointed, that it was only on Christmas decorations. Was looking for more of like the discount items I got at Rite aid.

Slow systems and hardly any employees to stock the store . Which is understandable, since I have worked for this company, but in Lowell mi and what a joke . I get why it is so hard to keep the employees 😪

always a good place for deals that's why I shop there is get household cleaning things in that because you're always cheaper there than the service people work there are always friendly and smiling

And plenty of merchandise in several things to choose from but right around the corner is another dollar store that actually are priced for a dollar store I believe that Dollar General is a little overpriced that's why I gave it a 3 star rating
