Great family owned store. Always great customer service, returns go smoothly, cashier clerks are friendly and they usually have what I need. Some things are pricier than home depot or lowes but the location is much more convenient if you live on the north side of petoskey. Also, now is a great time to support local businesses!

Arrived 1 minute before they closed and said we needed to grab one item visible from the store window. Not only didn’t let us quickly grab it- also locked the door in our faces and were not friendly. Totally understand being closed but disappointed by the staff

I have no idea why anyone goes to big box stores. The customer service and help I get from ace is unparalleled. Now they have Benjamin Moore. Or ppg. I got a great lift here cheaper than Taylor rental paints. And a floor sander, and well they rent a lot of stuff. Plus they sharpened my chainsaw blades. Now I take my chainsaw to Walters sharpening service but they did a good job here too.
