I cannot say enough to show my gratitude they always went over and above and most importantly showed so much love. What a great group of vets and support staff. From Nancy’s kindness on the phone, to Allison and Dr. Zubricky during Frehley’s exam and their willingness to stay late with him, everyone truly cares. We are eternally grateful that we were able to give him his best chance, and the care and peace provided to him in his time of need will be forever cherished. Thank you all for everything.

My little Chihuahua was an anxious mess. She was difficult To examine and treat. They were very patient with her and gentle. I really appreciate the kindness that they showed her.

There staff and veterinarian were absolutely amazing. I called right before they closed looking to get my sons 2 dogs in because of an emergency and they called me back after they were closed to ask if I was able to get them in somewhere. I wasn't able too but because of the condition of my dogs they stayed after to assist my pets and weren't just amazing to my doggies but to me. They have called me everyday checking on my fur babies. Thank you again for your wonderful service and care for my babies.

Had to take our pup in when camping and came across this vet. The device was fantastic and our dog got very caring and professional service. I was very pleased with the experience and most importantly our pup for better.

Jen is terrible , I decided to leave because of her and take my dog elsewhere , I asked for my medical records , she never sent them only my bills, I said I am going elsewhere, she replied I will close your file .. lol I already quit you can’t fire me after I quit because of your lack of care or customer service !! She also had me banned from humane society where I used to get my dog groomed and tipped well! No wonder you have such high turnover when you allow an immature incompetent person in charge !! Only reason they have customers is because lack of Vets in the area ..

I really like how much the people care here. I had a old dog who suddenly was sick and I couldn't get her in anywhere. They made a spot for me even though my dog was a new patient and where able to see her. Which made me very happy. I love how much care they took in getting her and treating her. Then called me up a couple days later just to check in and make sure the treatment was working. Very Very happy with them. Highly recommend.

They were able to get both of my dogs in for what they needed faster than other vet office that I contacted, they were amazing with both of my pit bulls, and didn't insist that I have them fixed like another vet office did. Both pit bulls seems to actually want to go see them in this office. They are actually cheaper than the previous office I was going to as well.

Never actually helped my dog. My Dog has had problems all summer they would never actually test him to figure out what was wrong. Told me it would be to expensive told me it was allergies. Took him to a different vet for a second opinion turns out my dog had a bacterial infection and yeast infection. Whatever this vet would subscribe to help never actually helped and made my dog worse. I highly do not recommend this place for they do not know what they are doing. If I could I would rate it zero stars.

They forgot to close my puppies hernia when doing her spay, the took her back in to fix the hernia. She screamed for 4 hours coming out of anesthesia. It made me cry. I wish someone had told me.

2 weeks ago, I needed a vet stat. My 19 year old cat Oreo (Bubs) had not eaten all weekend, was barely drinking water, no stool and small amount of urine. Also, she's a talker and was not meowing. Called numerous vets on Monday, none could fit her in or were not taking new patients. We had recently moved here and had not found a vet yet. Tuesday morning I called more and the young lady who answered the phone for this vet at least took my name and number in case they could fit me in or had a cancellation. Called me back 5 minutes later. 3 pm cancellation. We took it. Dr. Andreen and all the staff were wonderful to us. This clinic is wonderful. Would recommend to all. I am still heartbroken. We had our Oreo since she was 6 weeks old. Dr. Andreen was the best as I was crying and knew that it broke my heart to have to let her go. She gave me a hug. We had her cremated and when picking Oreo up at the vet 3 days later, we saw Dr. Ardreen and I was crying and she gave me another hug. Also, I received a beautiful card from this clinic which was very nice. I am still heartbroken.

We recently moved back to the area and were in need of a vet for our two dogs. I called for an urgent appointment and they got us in the same day, the whole appointment took 20 minutes, and it was under $100! That's incredible in my book! To top it off the receptionists were delightful, the techs were knowledgeable, compassionate, and very friendly. And the doctor is phenomenal! My dogs won't be going anywhere else!

We had to help our dog of almost 13 years cross the rainbow bridge. Losing your pet as an adult is difficult enough, but your young boys are going through it for the first time it is even more heart wrenching. Dr. Andreen and Liz were beyond amazing with our family. Dr. Andreen was very soft spoken, calm, and explained the process up front and while she proceeded. The setting outside couldn’t have been more beautiful on such a difficult day for all of us. She followed our lead and let us hang onto him as long as we needed for the one last goodbye. I can’t thank Dr. Andreen, Liz and the rest of the staff for making such a difficult process a little less daunting.

Got my 7 month old cat neutered. When I got him home he had organ tissue hanging out of the incision. I called them immediately and asked if I could bring him back before they closed. The receptionist said that they were too close to closing hours for me to bring him in. This was at around 4:15-4:30. I called this morning and they told me to “Push it back in” and that there was no emergency medical staff there. I called Jensens and they told me I should most likely get him in asap. So I called LTBVC back and they said they could squeeze him in so I took him back. I shouldn’t have had to take him in twice but I will be switching my vet clinic.

I took my girls here to get spayed, chipped and vaccinated as part of the "Pit Stop" program offered through LTBHS. This was our first time here and I was a little uneasy about leaving my girls in an unfamiliar place with unfamiliar people but the vet and staff were amazing! They took great care of my dogs, were clear about after care and gave me info to take home. I definitely highly recommend!

Had someone drop off 2 pregnant momma cats last spring. They had kittens. They have program for catch and release to spay and give rabies vac for low cost. Brought 2 of my new felines in for this. Everything went great.

Everyone is always thorough and kind..the only thing I don't like is not being able to be inside to watch treatments being done...my animals are my kids and I'm a concerned parent..but would totally recommend them...I find their services to be slightly cheaper then other vets in the area.
