Exceptional experience. We had another carpet company come and look at our home, not impressed. Went to kiss carpets, and every interaction from walking through the door until the last installer cleaned up and left was Excellent! We re-floored our entire home with both hard floors and carpet. Heath came to measure and explained our options. Austin was a true craftsman, installing the hard floor and Dave and his crew did a perfect job on the carpet. Mike in sales was responsive to our questions and kept us updated for all scheduling needs. Every person from Kiss was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable/skilled. Highly recommend!

The choices were endless, but she was patient and we ended up with exactly what we wanted...on budget! The installer Chad was prompt, courteous and professional. I would 100% recommend Kiss Carpet, and will definitely be using them for any flooring going forward.

Jeff did an amazing job making sure everything was right with our new floors. I don't have a before image, but picture a frat house in the 80s, with carpeting that had never been cleaned, and had soaked up decades of beer and dog hair.It took my wife and I an awkwardly long time to go through pretty much every option, as I didn't realize how many flooring choices there were. Jeff was very patient while we spent months deciding between hundreds of different options. When we finally made a decision he got the install scheduled a lot sooner than I had anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise.I definitely recommend Kiss Carpeting if you're looking for new flooring. Jeff made everything super easy, and even sent us updates with photos of the progress while it was being installed. I can't say I have a bad thing to say about them, everyone I worked with there was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Purchasing carpet can be an overwhelming experience. You’re looking for a product that will compliment a room, easy to maintain and last a lifetime…for some! Jeff made this process easy and was an excellent communicator. Kiss is very fortunate to have him as an employee. I would recommend him 100%. Along with Jeff our installer Gary was also outstanding. He explained to me how he installed the carpet the original way (stretching wall to wall…which takes longer) instead of the easy way out. I will always return back to Kiss for any flooring projects!

We had a totally positive experience working with Jeff Ingalls for the entire process of our kitchen floor installation. He was helpful and patient as I chose the flooring, made recommendations based on the condition of the (not level) floor, and actually helped with the tear-out when the 1,000 staples slowed the job down! The price was very reasonable and didn't change with the difficult tear-out process. I could not give a higher recommendation.

We had Kiss Carpet install Shawmark carpeting in our residence near Pellston, MI. After about 6 months it started showing traffic patterns. We paid for premium carpet and were very disappointed. We talked to Jeff Ingalls from the Harbor Springs store. Even though he was not the original salesperson, he took control of the situation and made it right for us. It was determined that there was a manufacturing defect causing the problem. The carpet was replaced by Shawmark and installed by Kiss with no out of pocket costs for us. Needed flooring for a bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. Went to Kiss Carpet, talked with Jeff Ingalls, what a great salesman, took his time showing me and explaining the difference flooring's. Had it installed today by JC Springfield who showed up right on time, and had it down in no time. My experience with Kiss Carpet staff, excellent. Would highly recommend if you need flooring visit Jeff Ingalls. I know I'll be back!

Had appointment but got backed up an hour because client before us was still there. Understood. We were going to purchase carpet and tile. Picked out nearly everything for job. Tom was supposed to get us samples so we could see them in house. Called two weeks later and still had not received samples. We had pictures to show details. Very serious about job. Had heard good things about Kiss Carpet. Had been told job could not be done until after 4th of July. Understood that. Tom dropped the ball, must have had bigger jobs he wanted to do. Never heard from him again. Really disappointed. Having said all this I would like to post an amendment. Within 10 minutes of posting this I received phone call from Tom apologizing profusely for dropping the ball. After talking with him I am convinced we can work together to accomplish this project. I will gladly write another review once we have completed project and I am looking forward to completing the project in a timely manner, convinced that it will be a pleasant experience for both parties. Have since met with Tom and we are ready to get plans finalized. Knowledgeable and thoughtful. Looking forward to seeing results.
