Excellent visit with Dr Dulak. She took time to get to know my timid dog and gave him a thorough exam. She also discussed potential concerns to look for as my dog ages. I felt valued as a client and comfortable that my dog was receiving excellent care.

Unfortunately, in the last year, we have had multiple visits to Lake Street, vet clinic, and Bay Pines. Our dog developed epilepsy and most recently needed emergent stomach surgery. Lake Street took my call and quickly arranged for us to head to Bay Pines where Chase’s vet was working that day. They did an exam and had a diagnosis within an hour. He was in surgery later that day. I never doubted that he was in skilled, caring hands. Thank you so much!

Dr Tracy did an amazing examination of my puppy. She took time with him, got down on the floor and made him comfortable with the whole process. She suggested types of food, tick and heart worm meds explained reasons. Checked personality traits and how well he obeyed commands. I definitely felt confident in her skills and manners. Best veterinarian and well run clinic around.

I woke up on a Sat morning to a very sick cat and called the emergency line. The Dr. called me back to get more detailed information and had me bring him in immediately. The treatment and care that was provided was excellent! She kept him through the weekend to continue treatment and keep an eye on him. I am certain that had he not been seen on Saturday, he would not be here with us today! Thank you Dr. Dulak for doing such a wonderful job and saving my baby! 🐱 - I can’t thank you enough! You’re the best!!!

Fantastic staff from reception, to vet assistant to doctor. We worked with Dr. Dulak and Vet Asst. Megan who took amazing care of our rabbit, Monty. The reception desk was extremely helpful and Ruth assisted with an issue we ran into with billing. All staff Five Stars+!

Wonderful office. Got me in same day that I Called. Dr. McDonald took a lot of time to discuss my dogs dietary issues and answer my questions. The office staff is always friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this clinic!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dulak and her team. They all went above and beyond to provide amazing care to my sick guinea pig, even sharing some fresh veggies from their lunches. I couldn’t ask for a more caring group of people and I feel so grateful for all their hard work. Thank you all!!

I arrived early and was brought right in. Grooming and boarding separate from the vet clinic. Everyone was kind and friendly to me and to my kitten for her first visit. Even received a little welcome bag. Everywhere was very clean as well.I also had to bring my puppy here for emergency surgery about 4 years ago around 10 at night and the doctor was amazing! She met me there herself, xrayed him, and sent me home once it was determined he needed surgery. Also, discussed financial options with me as I did not have the means to pay for such an expense at that time. She stayed with him and updated me in the morning. Everyone was so attentive and caring to him. Furever grateful.

Bay Pines was recommended to me by our vet in the UP since we had to move and they were wonderful. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming and the vet we saw (Dr.Jarvis) was absolutely wonderful. She acknowledged all of our concerns and gave great recommendations and solutions!

First visit went great. My dog has constant ear infections and so far they are better she hasn't shook her head in frustration in 2 days we ordered a new food for her and hopefully she'll be good from here on out. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees and doctors.

They're the best Vet in the area. Always been able to see us during Emergencies or responded quickly after hours. Found lymes on an asymptotic dog - meaning they caught it before we did, and before any damage had happened.Dogs like going to the vet to this vet and aren't scared by the staff which hard to find. Seems like they really care a lot
