If i could give a 0 star i would because there customer service is terrible whoever the lady was that answered the phone she was a rude Bit#h and didn't even let me finish explain my issue without interrupting me saying we have nothing for you.. should probably fire her and hire someone friendly to answer your phones and guide you in a direction when there's nothing available.

I’m very happy with the care my dogs have received at HB Veterinary services. Dr McCrea has a great bedside manner with my puppy and doesn’t make us feel rushed. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The staff was super friendly the Vet was also very nice and friendly very good instructions my Harley had an ear infection he gave me antibiotics and medication for her ear canal also told me how to relieve her itching with benadryl I would refer this vet to anyone needing great care. Both my other Labs will be visiting them for all there needs as well.

We have been with this veterinary service for many years. Dr. Hentchl reminded me of the gentle calm loving vet in ‘All creatures great and small’. Dr. McCrea and his staff are equally passionate and caring. They take as much time as necessary with your pet and have all due respect and courtesy when sharing the knowledge they have. I highly recommend this service to anyone!

I have never been there but I called to see how much an office visit would be and then I asked if they had any openings and the lady that answered was pretty rude, didn’t even give me a chance to say thank you she just hung up. They won’t be getting our money at all, we will take our dog else where. Idc if you are having a bad day, don’t take it out on someone who is just looking for answers for a sick dog. Or maybe you should find a new job where you don’t have to communicate with other people.

I am fairly new to the area. Had to take my beloved dog of 13 yrs. in to be put to sleep. They were very compassionate and helped me through all of it. I highly recommend them.

Was a good visit for the first time with our new puppies they're just now 14 weeks old. They received the recommended shot's and got their first rounds of heartworm meds along with flea and tick prevention. We're proud of our new Terriers. Sure will keep me busy. Good sight with Great Vetranarian 's at affordable prices.

The staff is amazing!!! My dog seemed less anxious there then any where else I've taken her, they thoroughly explained, and provided information on what I needed to do. They were so sweet to my doggo and made sure to check all issues. 😊

For animal shots... this is definitely the best place to go in Huron County!!! Friendly staff and very quick. They do have a cat inside incase your fur friend isn't cat friendly.

My dog has severe anxiety. I was prescribed a drug by the vet without the vet even running any tests on my dog. I was told that my dog needed training and that everything I was doing for him was wrong. I asked for my dog to be weaned off of the anxiety medication after about 2 months on the drug because the desired result was not happening and my dog was not tested to make sure this drug was not affecting his body in adverse ways. I was told by this vet that my dog could just stop taking the medication instead of being weaned off of it and now is sick. I’m not a happy dog mom and my poor dog is not happy either. We will not return to this vet.

called about getting my elderly dog euthanized, the woman was rude as F on the phone and basically shamed me, because THEY didn’t have anything available until the following week as if were my fault? rudest customer service i’ve ever dealt with. ended up going somewhere else.
