This place has all the hard to find ingredients, homemade gourmet to go foods, fresh bakery, a huge variety of gluten free options & of course chocolates that are real chocolates! I love their cheese section too! So many to choose from. My kids favorite is being able to build a sub right there! And it’s so easy with the sheet that has all the options listed. Can’t wait to shop at the new location. Nice work!

Snobby, rude, and stuck up. They have many nice people there but they also have a lot of stuck up people. They sell more expensive organic products. Certain employees there treat customers differently depending on how what they believe their income level is.

This is a fantastic coop with a great selection of produce, dry and refrigerated good. They also make sandwiches to go. This place is a gem! Excited to see their next iteration when they move to another building nearby.

One of my favorite places to shop... It's like a miniature Whole Foods with a friendly and helpful staff... The deli and bakery have grab-and-go meals and snacks (best brownies in town.) The produce is always fresh and beautiful (with locally grown whenever possible.) The dairy section has A2 products including two of my favorites - sheep milk yogurt and goat milk kefir... The supplement selection is excellent. They have lots of craft beers and wines, and they even have pet products... Check it out for yourself!

Fantastic place to shop. I really love the bulk section and the ability to special order as an owner - plus you even get extra savings when you order a case of something! I’ve definitely utilized that when ordering oats for making my granola.I love the accessible labeling throughout the store of the products as well - letting you know if a product is gluten-free, vegan, etc. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I also love seeing local products throughout the store from their wellness section to their produce!

This is my favorite place to shop, and they have delicious soups and the deli has so many options for people who are vegan and gluten-free like me! They often have baked goods that are vegan and gluten free as well!

Incredibly overpriced. Sure, it's nice they participate in the SNAP Double Up program, but that only makes their fruit and veggies the same price as everyone else's, and you'd still have to drive elsewhere for affordable dairy products, meat, or bread. I've never purchased quality meat there - because it simply doesn't exist. The first time I tried to, I ended up with meat that smelled as if it'd already gone bad. The next time, the quality was so low and the fat content so high that it was unedible. In other places? Co-op doesn't necessarily mean more expensive. But it sure does here. And that is why Hancock is a food desert, and will remain one, even when they finally relocate the store downtown (and shamelessly funnel yet more MEDC grant money to Andy Lahti for construction).Hancock needs a real, affordable grocery store option downtown - just like we need real, affordable housing instead of $2400 condos- and the Keweenaw Co-Op is definitely NOT providing this.

the price on display and the price i was charged was different. they are already expensive but then to charge the wrong price on top of that. in comparison to the other co-ops ive been to, this was a real disappointment.

My favorite place to shop for groceries in the area. The staff are super friendly and the selection of items is nothing short of amazing. The prices are reasonable too.

Wonderful to have this store available. It's going to be so nice when they get moved into their new store.

I really like coming here because they have a wide variety of fresh produce and also speciality items that aren't typically offered at a mainstream store like specific vitamins ,non flouide toothpastes, bone broth soups and a lot of fun vegetarian items like a veggie quiche or beet burgers offered at their deli station in the back of the store. They also typically have 3 types of fresh soup and you may order sandwiches to your specification as well as some premade options. They offer sections for grass fed beef options and also lots of types of jerky including mushroom options for vegetarians. They also have a pet area with lots of types of wet and dry food and treats .

I like going to the co-op. They have a great selection of spices and local produce. If you like cheese, they have the largest selection I’ve seen in the Keweenaw.

A great, local grocery store with organic and local products, and a friendly, helpful staff. Prices run about the same as the big stores.
