I shop here often when I visit the city but I made my final visit not too long ago. I purchased about 5 carts, 3 disposables and 6 gummies. I’m disappointed because one of the disposables I purchased was completely empty, I’m talking never filled but somehow got on the shelf and says it passed a quality check on 1/18/24. When I called to let someone know and possibly see about a swap I was told it was nothing they could do. It was a mitten extract cart too, supposedly one of the better brands showing it’s actually faulty.

I enjoy going to Quality because they take time to explain the products and what it does. I like that they are fun and it’s not tense nor do they rush you. I have been a loyal customer since opening. If you have a question just ask anyone who works there you will always win that way. Thank Paul.

Such great dispensary service and great deals on the flower. I loved being able to smell the flower with their flower boxes that you push the side of to get a good whiff! I ended up getting their house gummies Pink Drink flavor and looking forward to trying them :)

My favorite dispo in Detroit hands down! They always have great deals on good quality products and just about everyone there makes me feel welcome and provides great service. Plus they get you in and out quick without making you feel rushed.

Every time I'm here I always get amazing customer service. Kale helped me out today and they were great as always. Everyone was knowledgeable and efficient, the store is always clean and I never feel like I have to wait to get service.It's nice not to have to pick between killer deals and a variety of products to choose from (sativa people know what I mean).

Went in to get 12/100 carts I told the salesman that’s what I wanted when I walked in. Meanwhile the salesman was talking to everyone else in the store while I was making my selection and not listening having to repeat myself several times. I heard more about his day than he did my full order. After several times of asking he confirmed I had 12 carts only to find out I received 9 and paid for those which came out to $120. Why would I buy less for the same price when there’s a deal for more?!??????!! After calling up I was told to come in to fix it only to end up just paying for the missing carts. So I have now spent more than $40 more than needed to get what I want. It’s very saddening I just started shopping here and enjoyed the little I spent initially but no longer see myself as a respected customer anymore. :(UPDATE:After the review I received compensation for the mishap. Lo was very nice and helpful with taking care of me. I left feeling very satisfied I definitely will continue to return. Mistakes happen and I understand.

As a Texas native this was truly a real treat. I love how informative the salesman are, very tactful and professional. I love that they don’t just tell you hey we have this for this amount they actually ask you what you were looking for how lit you want to get, and like a doctor they will actually prescribe it to you. I will definitely see if anyone else is coming from out of town please make your way to the side of town and stop by quality roots cannabis. Not to mention they are open late. I went to a place earlier and they shut me down at the door. So this place is literally a sparking gem in the night and I can’t wait to light up!

Had a great experience here stopping in 5 mins before closing after a 7hr drive. Warm welcomes, respect, and no rushing. Otis was a huge help with me being a confused first timer and clearly had great product knowledge. Prices and variety were also great. Sweet surprise to get a free first time eighth and discount too.Really nice, comfortable building as well. It doesn't feel like a prison or hospital like a lot of other dispensaries. Easy, respectful ID process and you can add whatever else you want in store.I have high standards and I'm used to southern hospitality in customer service. Otis and all the other employees nailed it. Thank you, all of you. Keep it up.

3/30 afternoon less than a mile away from Quality Roots in Hamtramck: blue jeep trying to pass me on the shoulder of the road. I hold my horn for a while to make sure the person doesn’t hit me since they are driving erratically and seem to be under the influence. Driver then seems upset that I used my horn at him, proceeds to speed well over the speed limit to pass me. Driver turns out to be an employee at Quality Roots and they proceed to lie to staff - telling security guard Joseph that I was speeding and needed to slow down — tough to see how that adds up considering the worker started behind me and ended up passing me. It’s hard to feel comfortable coming back to the store knowing there is a worker there who endangers the lives of those around him and also tells lies to other staff in order to intimidate customers.UPDATE:In retaliation to this one-star review, the business made the decision to ban me from every Quality Roots location citing that it was unacceptable how I was “targeting an employee” in my review.I called the business 5+ times and that is all they would say about the decision.
