First review two months ago!: Pretty but too lightweight. Must be hollow?UPDATE: DO NOT BUY FROM FIGOLD! Not real solid gold!!! My ring broke after only two months of regular wear! I was told by Figold to mail in the ring, even though I lost one piece. THEY PROMISED TO SEND ANOTHER BUT AT THE LAST MINUTE RENEGED! I provided them with the Etsy invoice (they sell on Etsy) and tracking number of the shipment of the broken piece!!!SO I am out $120. Again, do not buy from these shady people in Michigan?, NY? or Turkey? or wherever they claim to be based!!!Ellen in South Carolina

So I'm about to walk in and check this store out and the owner comes out screaming at a guy with a camera. I don't know if it was security or who, but they started screaming too...looked like a fight was about to happen. But didn't and they all walked away. I didn't go in to see what they had....they seemed like they were mad

Very poor customer service. Walked in at about 6:30 pm and waited around and no one said a word to me for about 10 minutes of being there. There was only 1 other customer in the store and about 6 or 7 employees but everyone seemed to only be directing their attention to that guy that was talking about picking up his rolex watch. I will tell you one thing, i might have not been there for a rolex but i was shopping for a diamond ring for my wife for our 5th anniversary. And then when i was approached it was a very unprofessional and unwelcoming experience. But i guess thats what comes along with buying anything in hamtramck lmao

First they told me my chain was ready so I drove all the way there and it wasn’t. The spelled my name wrong and it already took y’all 15 days to make a five letter necklace. I would not recommend.
