I was referred to Festive Essentials by a friend who purchased wedding jewelry from Tahura. I wish I had known about her sooner because I would have bought so much stuff from her. Tahura helped me pick out a set for my sangeet, including bangles to match. She custom made two tikkas for me (I have a small forehead so needed something tiny) and changed out bead colors for me. She did this all super quickly, during a holiday week, and she is so incredibly kind as well. This is a true gem of a store with really beautiful stuff - including a bangle wall of dreams. Excellent customer service. I will be a customer for life!

Took an order and did not include a paid-for piece. Unresponsive via whatsapp if client is out of state. Unreliable (which is not okay if you have an event that is important to you) - especially if you cannot see this person IRL- but if your money doesn’t matter to you, go ahead and do business. No recourse, as she takes cash app payments where you can’t receive a refund, unless of course she takes accountability and refunds you herself (which did not happen to me FYI).

Amazing experience with Festive Essentials! I last minute realized I did not like my original wedding set so I contacted them for one I saw on their Instagram. They were incredibly communicative and helpful in helping me decide which set to pick. They even offered a virtual call to make sure the set matched with my wedding lehenga. They shipped out my set the same day and I received it in 2 days. Amazing customer service and will definitely be ordering from them again. I love this business!!!! I live in NY and I was able to get everything I needed shipped over and customized exactly to my liking for my wedding events.
