Very unsafe environment for customers!!My fiancé went shopping on Monday, June 5 at this Dollar Tree location. Where she was stabbed and slightly cut on her stomach from a shelf that came off and was just left standing against other shelves (as you can see on the pictures). This store is already small and congested and always busy with people and to carelessly leave a shelve with sharp corners in the way of one of the main walk-way of the store is unacceptable!! My fiancée did bring this issue up to an associate, who did not care at all. Very disappointing and upsetting!

I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews as this is my favorite Dollar Tree due to the savings that I have incurred by shopping there. Highly regarded, greatly recommended. Go there get a coffee at the donut shop down the street and then go to Al haramain you will not regret it.

Stopped in today in search of a can opener. Didn't see any so I asked an employee for some help. This young man was polite and took the time to search. Sure enough, he found them. His name is Alex. GREAT JOB YOUNG MAN ! Customer service is paramount. He is a standout employee as most people don't seem interested in helping customers anymore. We need people like Alex. Carry on Sir. This store is located in Hamtramck .

The store was well stocked with the craft items I needed. However they did not have any of the chocolate candy that I like and not a large selection of snacks. I bought glass jars and the cashier put them all in one bag without wrapping them, so after I purchased I wrapped each glass jar myself. Thus 3 stars.

The store had a sign on the door that said they would be opening at 11 no reason why saw a lot of cars leave. I go later for cleaning supplies store is not stocked the aisles are trashed and at check out you had a line almost to the back of the store before they bothered to open another lane.

I like Dollar Tree Because They Have A Frozen Food Section And Every Thing Is Only 1 Dollar and 25 cent yep I buy the waffles,the Jimmy Dean Frozen Breakfast Meats yep throw them in the microwave and go I like there individual Pizzas There NO Name but once u take them out the box they look like The individual Pizzas you buy T COSTCO yep there good all there Frozen Items are up to date and fresh they even sell milk yep not gallons but individual size They sell Sliced Cheese I'm Like This I Get Food Stamps and I can Spend a little money there and get alot

Hello I went to the store on the 14 or 15 of March, around 6:45pm. As I entered the first set of doors, a very RUDE employee came into the corridor hollering the store was closed. She was loud and should've had the doors locked if the store was closed. It wasn't what she said, it was her overall behavior. I also thought Dollar Tree closed a little later. Employees need to treat customers with the same respect they want from the customers.tree closed a little later than 7pm. However, the customers deserve the same respect the employees want from customers.

Please remove the hours of operation for this store. I have yet to see this store close at 9pm. It closes between 3pm and 7pm on any given day never 9pm. Where is the district manager for this location?This store is basically sending their faithful customers directly across the street toDollar General. Not a smart move Dollar Tree!C'mon do better.

The cashier is very rude and the manager was watching didn’t do nothing and disrespectful too!!. I never seen a cashier treat customers like she’s giving them free stuff .. the manger and all workers need to get fired immediately coz they don’t even wanna work ,disrespectful all of them treat people like sh. Never again don’t go there until they respect customers.

I’ve never been able to get out of this store in a timely manner. Cashiers seem to always be engaged in personal conversations and generally lacking professionalism, i.e. getting attitudes with customers over very minor things. Also, your store hours clearly show you open at 8. I arrived at 8, on the dot to prepare for thanksgiving, only to be told you open at 9 and for an employee to tell me that they haven’t had special hours since the start of the pandemic. The hours are listed incorrectly. I’d also like to point out that last time I came here in October , the hours stated you open at 11. So, how is it 9 now and there have allegedly been no special hours since the start of the pandemic in March?

Fantastic deals at this location. Cashier was friendly and made the experience jovial with humor. The value you can stretch out of one dollar was surprising, especially for the high quality you obtain out of picture frames, toothpaste, and more. We'll definitely return.

I'm a frequent visitor of Dollar Tree and I find this place the most suitable for purchasing things. I like the variety of items they carry plus the ease of running in to grab something quick when I need it. Makes one stop shopping easy for me ad the return or replace policies are really wonderful and easy! Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was directed were to go to find what I needed. Also the item I needed was easy to find on the rack.

This store was great when I first start going. It's by the house I can always get in and out on most days. Now they have hired rude ass females that don't greet you and just throw your stuff in the bag any kind of way. If the tall guy or one of the old employees is not the cashier for the day I will not shop here. I don't think it's worth going here spending your money just to get rude and unprofessional service.

I usually stop here on the way home from work this place is very messy. I stopped today as usual and had to witness that there customer service is more dirty then the store itself. The way they talk to people as if they don’t want you there. I will never step another foot in here again. They treated an elder lady with such rudeness just because she can’t speak english and she was soo nice shame on dollar tree for keeping such employees all of them always very rude SHAME ON DOLLAR TREE!

One of the worst place I go to all the time. Cashier and I don’t know probably assistance manager don’t know how to talk to people. Yesterday I went to store and their customer service was very poor. If this service was at CVS or Walgreens they would of been fired at that moment. I hope dollar tree update their policy and train people about customer service or very soon it will start to affect the business. I also have a business and we don’t treat people disrespectfully. I get along with everyone but people at the hamtramck location for dollar tree something else. Hopefully dollar tree will talk to them and retrain them how to service people.

Just your average Dollar Tree. Not the best one I've seen and always has at least one aisle messy. Cashier lines are busy most of the time, but some days they have more than one open. Sometimes you can find really interesting products in their, but most times its just the typical Dollar Tree items you would see everywhere.

This store is an utter MESS! From the attitudes of the staff to the layout of the store. Boxes are everywhere! Every aisle has boxes in it some are open and empty while other still have product in it. There are a number of boxes around the store that are filled with trash. The bathrooms are littered where you cannot even gain access to them. There are boxes and product and things everywhere. This is not becoming of a Dollar Tree.
