Every single time I come here their wic machine is down and nobody to help. The manager Debra does not even try to help and is completely incoherent. Service is absolutely horrible and it is disgusting on the outside of the store. Prior to this coming to get prescriptions you will be waiting a long time. Will never come here again.PART 2: I ended up needing a prescription for my sons who has asthma. I have twins. Expressed how badly I needed the prescription and fast because he was struggling to breathe and needed his steroids. I was still told I would have to wait an hour. Wanted to cry so bad because there is nothing worse than not being able to help your children when they need it. I said it before and I will always say it……this store entire staff is completely nonchalant, no customer service whatsoever, store is dirty etc. of this wasn’t the only one by my house I would for sure not be returning!

They need to dismiss the CarePass because it does nothing to save you money but takes money out of your savings. I was buying a few items and the cashier talked me into signing up for a CarePass I didn't want to sign up for it but I agreed to it because she wouldn't let the subject go. She told me that if I buy 3 items the CarePass will take $5 dollars off of my purchases and if I buy 5 items it will take $10 dollars off. A week later I came in and bought 3 times that came up to $25 I asked the cashier about the CarePass and she said that you have to buy 10 items for it to work. That's not what was said in the beginning. I found out that they took $10 dollars from my bank account, they take their portion out but do not let you save on your purchases.

Tried to get my prescription refilled and no one ever answered the phone. Called to speak to the manager and they never came to the phone. They closed my store and kept this one open. Poor choice. This store needs to close as well.

Management is horrible no help they always have 1 cash register open and they only hire people that cant speak any English and people with an attitude very poor customer service they need to get that store in order starting from store manager all the way to cashiers. Same goes with pharmacy i would hate to see them shut the store down but if it takes that to get it in order o well change the staff and train them properly this location dont deserve 1 i only gave them 1 because there was no option for 00000000000000
