Had a co-worker who lives in Hamtramck pick a dozen Paczki up for staff for Fat Tuesday. They were $25.00 a dozen. They were over cooked and there was less then a tablespoonof filling. Myself and staff very disappointed in quality. I would be ashamed to sell such a low quality product. Do not recommend.

Stay was super friendly, meat was great quality, and cannot beat the bundle price! Paid $140 for what would have been around $300 for the same items at the grocery stores we've been shopping at. Will never buy meat from my neighborhood grocery store again, and don't have to feel bad about it because they're also local and family owned! Highly recommend

RUDE manager yelled at me for asking about cheese at deli counter- “can’t you see we sell meat!” There is shelf of cheese though? I did not go in to be publicly embarrassed. Don’t bother going. It’s very sad store.

No fresh produce, mostly looks old or gone bad. Cramped store but nice meat department just a little bit pricey for me. Some items in freezer have freezer burn and looks bad. They sell prepared food but I haven't ate it. Nice people and if you're looking for polish cookies or candy this is the place 👍

Neat lil Eastern European market in Hamtramck. I love all the pickles, they are really good pickles and inexpensive. You can get Polish and Ukrainian food here - it is a full service grocery store but I wouldn't buy almond milk here for example - too expensive for that. I've never heard Polish being spoken before, if you are curious what it sounds like you can hear it here. I think it's beautiful. You can buy products with Polish or Ukrainian packaging. I was using using my phone to translate the packaging.They sell the holders for the prayer candles you can see at Pope park. I'm not Catholic so I had no idea where those things came from. They sell a lot of baked goods and cakes here - pierogi of course, pickle soup, all kinds of stuff. The cashier knew English and was really helpful/patient to me and my mom.

Looking for a great selection of meats? This is the place. Kielbasa is delicious. The hot food bar never fails to satisfy. I appreciate the unique seasonal items the carry also. Great food!

I only go her because my mom likes the products here. The younger girl behind the meat counter that wears too much makeup and has lined lips is extremely rude. When you ask her a question she replies "what you want" or she makes you wait because she is sitting down in the office. Other employees in the floor are friendly but don't ask them a question unless you speak Polish. They do have a wide variety of snacks from Poland and Germany. However it was March 20 and they had discounted chocolate and whole milk for .99 cents that had a sell by date of March 18. SMH.

I like this place, I frequent this place often. They have nice cuts of meat, great deli meat. I love to try the samples of their smoked sausages that they have out, it always taste good. Not to mention those hidden pieces of chocolate you get by the pound💞. An I always go to the back to see the cooked food, I can always find something to get to eat on my ride home😊. The staff is pleasant enough. Still a great store for meats an sides

Great products and delicious meats!!! Hungarian Paprika was marked cheaper on package and rang up on the register as$1.50 more than it was marked!!! Michigan bounty law states if this happens the store owes you $5.00. The manager lady refused to give it to me for $1.50 less as the container was marked. She stated you either want it or not!!! BAD BUSINESS ETHICS, BUT GOOD FOOD. I guess she was right, do you want it or not.

I almost never have anything that I want to complain about as far as the store goes.You can get your basics here, or you can get all the fancy polish nom-noms. And I got to tell you, this place has some of the best bread on Earth.No really, on earth. They get all these bakers that have all these traditional breads and find over by the deli, but if you go in the back part of the store, the little hidden alcove that is easy to mess up in your first time when you're not sure it's there, they have a section where they have fresh baked rolls and biscuits, and donuts and other baked goods that they make right in the store for dirt cheap.I don't know what else to say, if you like European food or polish food, this is probably a cool store for you to come to. If you like sausage or kielbasa, or ham, this is definitely the store for you to come to. If you're one of those people that like head cheese, you just absolutely need to come here.If you like smoked fish, they just have this huge section of smoked fish.So I'm just saying, the store is awesome for a small market.

I Always enjoy this place! Meats are very fresh, and the best thing is it's nearby. I would recommend this place!!! Oh No! My last visit was about a month ago. I had to take back all 5 packs of chicken; they were spoiled. I will not be back!!!

Great selection of Polish and Eastern European products, good deli and butcher shop areas featuring a wide array of meats, fairly small but pretty good produce section. Hot food also available. Good prices and a wide selection, plus great package deals for buying meat in bulk.

Absolutely love the meat department. I drive from brownstown to have a meat pack at great price and quality. Only if the butchers were there on a consistent time frame. Some days I drive all the way there and they leave super early for the day!

Always a great place to pick up unique herbal teas and tasty Polish sweets. Rich Polish and Eastern European culture here. My only complaint is not the most friendly customer service.

Truly the definition of a neighborhood market! Well stocked with incredibly friendly staff. Featuring an excellent deli w counter with hard to find pork cuts. Imported snacks and spices you won't find at national groceries.

Absolutely love this place! Several products like cookies, candies from Europe. Small but perfect sized produce section. Nice selection of deli meats and cheeses. They have a Hot Food buffet with a killer potatoe pancakes on Friday. It’s a good sized market but I truly love the Meat Department. Didn’t have a great experience with their Butcher, as I was looking to buy steaks. He sort of blew me off. Went in recently to buy steaks for the upcoming Memorial Weekend, and a very nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable Butcher helped me out! I learned that Rib-eye steaks are the best to grill! Thank you Mr. Lee, you really helped me out.

Paczki day was the reason for my visit, but once I got inside I was impressed. They have a large selection of Polish food and items. They also have a fresh deli that looked great. The Paczki's were amazing super dense and the custard ones were to die for!
