Shop at Kroger at least once a week. New expansion and reorganizing has caused much confusion finding items, but will continue to shop there...just have to learn all over again where things are!

They have really gone downhill the last couple of months. When placing an order for pick up most the time there's a lot of items missing. But I can walk in the store and find them myself. It's like they don't even try. I used to be able to schedule same-day pickup now it's like 2-3 days out.Indoor shopping is all self-service or one register open that actually has a cashier running. Used to love the store. Now I dread every time I have to go.

Nice choice of stores, restaurants, entertainment etc. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of, clean, lighting is good, nice overall atmosphere.

We visited the Valiant restaurant which is located in the plaza. One of our favorite stops while visiting Chelsea.

Got a few cool stores most notably wild indoors, Hamburg coney, Wild Bills, Bigby Coffee and Kroger obviously. Bonus points for the fact that the Parking lot is usually well maintained even in winter andthere is also a dollar tree and a keys pizza nestled on here as well as some others such as a tanning salon and even an urgent careAs for the vomeu placeI love this place always great, covid threw a wrench in their gears so to speak and they had difficulty getting going again but I'm always happy with my visits and look forward to going back again soon hopefully. Particularly a fan of their gyros and chicken finger pita or hani special. Good stuff.

Used to enjoy going here very much. Since the reopening, it seems things have changed and not in a positive way. Placed a carry out order, and when we picked it up, it was apparent that the food was placed in the styrofoam container directly out of the fryer. Containers were melted and wouldn't even stay closed. An order of french fries dumped out in the bag. I also asked for a side of gravy, which I was clear I wanted as a side in a separate container. It was supposedly added to my meal. When I requested a side cup anyway, I was given a nasty attitude and nasty looks from almost all the waitresses behind the counter.

Kroger, is great for everything but steaks, no matter how good they look, no matter if it's behind the meat counter, the steaks here r some of the worst I've every ate or tasted. I make a special visit to Meijers once a month and buy like 7 to 10 sirloin steaks. Friendly staff.

Stopped in for Starbucks coffee and picked up groceries because of the affordable fresh, healthy selection. Eric Raymond at the meat counter was very knowledgeable of the cuts and enthusiastic with the display of prime cuts. We enjoyed or experience at your store.

Out of towners looking for a grocery. Fit the bill but seemed very expensive. Prepared foods section almost nonexistant. Did have everything we needed. Liqour is available in store. Lots of parking. Freezer foods and ice available.

Store is always busy and it seems they always only have one cashier. Prices are good but barley ant staff you ring you out. They have more mangers then workers

This place is terrible. Can't tell you how many times a bagger has just walked away mid job, or noticed i was bagging my own groceries and just walked on past. I expect it to get busy and have to do it myself on occasion but this is 50% of the time or more. Also they put so much junk in the aisles its hard to even walk down them

plenty of selection of turkey and ham and all the groceries needed for a last minute shopper.check out lines were short and the cashier was friendly and wasn't stressed or complaining because she had to work on Thanksgivingvery pleasant shopping experience

Check out lines very long. Now set up to bag your own grocery. Belt sucks up instant potatoes and goes underneath the belt. Very poor system. Will look to shop also where.

Nice people working it , I'd do all my food shopping there for years. But i stopped and i drive to Howell now ,they are price gouging the people that can still by food during this Corona, COVID not cool to the local people

Store was fine although when I got home I discovered the Roundup jug I naught had leaked on my carpet in the back of my SUV. Just for future reference I will be sure to not get a sleeker.

Could definitely do with a remodel like the Brighton/old us 23 location. I generally only come to this specific Kroger if there's other business in the complex I need to visit.

Went to Kroger, oh I miss Kroger. Moved away to an area without, maybe we will get Kroger one day but I am not holding my breath.

Not the best Kroger's. They seem to be having staffing problems. Out of as lot of things, usually only one or two cashier's, less off hours
