Pop is priced well when on sale. Some good deals. Crowded aisles. Now it's combined family dollar and Dollar tree. The store is interesting inside, aisles are narrow, and I believe it's difficult to keep the shelves properly stocked. I shop there occasionally for items that maybe on sale or for a good price. Prices are low enough for us to shop there for items you may need. It's good to have one nearby as our nearest large department store is 25 mi away. Shelves are being maintained with stock better now than they were before.

I normally enjoy going into this store and I always stop in and shop but tonight I was late and they had 5 minutes before they closed and I was very rudely told they were already ready to lock up and was given a very rude look ... I understand that it was late and they were ready to go home but the store doesn't close until 10 I came in at 9:55 I just needed baby wipes for my baby very ignorant06/03/2023

The store is fairly new. I've been shopping there since it opened. However the past year the store has gone downhill fast. The store itself is dirty on the inside. Shelves are dirty, floors are never clean! The parking lot is littered with trash. The cashiers are never friendly. This was a beautiful new store a few years back and now it is a dumpster.

We were going through the area and stopped in this store. As I was walking a clerk right by the front day had her masked pulled down and she was picking her nose....i looked away from her and the clerk checking people out also had no mask on and either did her customerI turned around and walked out and passed three more adults walking in with no masks. Boy I'm sorry i stopped inCan't make this stuff up

Most of the time the cashiers are too busy talking to one another about nonsense stuff to actually help the 1 cashier that is doing her job. I just stood in line for 10 minutes while 1 cashier blew up 2 balloons (she was actually working) while 2 other cashiers stood 3 feet from me taking to each other about their lives. Not working what so ever. It's kind of ridiculous that EVERYTIME I go in there 1 specific cashier is ALWAYS doing more talking than she is working. You need to get some new cashiers that actually want to work not just get paid to stand around and have inappropriate conversations in front of customers who are waiting to be rang up.

The Hale store set up is ridiculous. Cannot find anything,employees are slow. Half the shelves are always empty

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The store was a complete mess!!! The employees weren't very helpful, nor did they seem to care. What really took this experience over the top was when they wouldn't let my 9 year old nephew use the restroom.... Are you kidding me!!! Don't come here, sad the other dollar store was shut down due to this horrible place.

First time there Dec 1, 2020, very cluttered, then after waiting in a long line, the employee asked for help as two stood at another register doing nothing and refused to help, since I had entered the store they only sat there doing nothing,, then the one younger female said "don't shop here anymore" if this is how my first time went I will not be returning, I suggest the manager should do some better management of their employee's, as proper etiquette helps a business thrive

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I purchased a tote that was broken. When I brought it back to the store the manager wouldn't even talk to me, just walked away saying "we don't do returns"
