over the years of going there I've been able to depend on them having certain items and their employees are usually wonderful and fun to talk to and I've literally don't think I've ever had a problem and like 8 years or more I would definitely say stop there if you're in the area it's the local store promote promote locally

Just had the worst chicken and waffles fries.The waffles fries were so hard You get a broken tooth on. And the chicken you're so dry out.It was awful.

This is a remarkably complete supermarket for such a small town. You can buy fresh ginger and Korean BBQ sauce as well as pickled green beans and hot pasties. Lately, local farm eggs have been a nice addition. The prices are a bit higher than you'd pay in Marquette, but you're saving the 50 miles roundtrip so it probably balances out. I'm also happy to patronize a store that is paying its fair share of property taxes, unlike some of the big box stores. Friendly long-time staff make shopping enjoyable.

We go to Larry's regularly. It's a really great small town grocery store. They have fantastic variety of products for the size of the store. The Staff have been very helpful and friendly to us. Some of the Meat Counter people have mad skills!! They cut right to the weight of the meat we've requested the first time! I love the selection of cheese. Others love the selection of sandwich meats at the Deli. In the summer the produce selection includes produce from local sources which is awesome!! During the winter the produce isn't quite as nice. We spend a small amount more here than at big box stores. The convenience, cleanliness and nice people here make shopping here worth the extra couple of dollars.

Decent selection, however don't expect to find much for healthy or organic foods. The meats are very good and decently priced. The produce however is usually going bad before its even sold. There's also a deli that serves several fried foods if that's what you like. The prices are steep compared to those at markets in Marquette.

Stop to pick up small odds and ends when up. We always spend more time than we think we would and always end up with lots of snacks along with a dinner or two. Staff is great and so friendly

Decent selection for a home town store. Sale prices seem good but other prices are a higher than a Walmart/big box store. However the quick visits are great and its worth noting the employees all seem knowledgeable and friendly!

Good enough to get quick bare essentials. High priced, supply and demand kind of place. He owns the only three establishments for groceries in a town of a couple thousand people. I think he could do much better with his prices and quality of produce.

I'm so grateful to have a grocery store in our (small) town. I stick to items on sale & can plan menus for the whole week for around $100. His produce is fresh, although there is not the variety of fruits & veggies you find in the large grocery stores in Marquette. I buy paper products at Family Dollar or Dollar General here in town. Best of all, everyone (cashier's, owner, stockers, etc) is willing & able to answer questions & find products in the store! And they carry groceries to your car with a smile! Love this place!

I had one item left to find and Brad lead me directly to it. He could have said, "Over there." But not at Larry's. They are in the people business and if you shop at Larry's, that makes you his neighbor. Hometown service....you can't beat it.I would rather buy from my neighbor than a box store tycoon.

Lots of the produce is moldy :( and is still sold....every time I go in something else is rotted/moldy and being passed off as edible.When informing people who worked there that they had moldy food...well...I was told Larry's would throw a discount on it and keep selling them until they were gone.Moldy fruit is inedible due to its soft tissue spreading mold spores like wild fire. People could get sick...I just don't understand how this is fine and how nothing is changed regardless of customer complaints...Larry's earned a second star only because the bacon there is cheap and the meat is decent.Produce is an absolute disappointment and failure.
