We purchased outdoor furniture for $1000 and got home put it together and the table was broken and one of the cushions was defective. The store manager told us we had to return all of it in order to exchange those two pieces. My husband spent five hours putting the furniture together!! They had the two pieces at the store, but would not exchange those two pieces for us. Joe, the manager was not helpful and could not care less that we were not satisfied. Very very unpleasant experience. Warning… Do not buy furniture from Walmart!!!

I once worked at Walmart changing tires and oil at Walmart was a great job the first week. I will never work a cash register again probably some of the rudest people I've ever experienced! Walk down any Isle and you find things from other departments made the place feel disorganized!!!

Went there to get frost film for windows and found it, they has stains glass and two frost, small chip pattren, and what I bought for my French door glass was a bigger pattern. See the picture... My cashier was Ashley, and she was a very nice cashier friendly too.

So yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting the Greenville, Michigan Walmart, I'm not going to lie to you when I walked in I already assumed that it was going to look like the Walmart in Georgia that have been recently remodeled. But however that wasn't the case, this Walmart looks so old I was in total disbelief. They still have the all white signs with the prices they still have the old school fitting room that's so small and tiny along with the apparel floors with the fake wood linoleum I haven't seen that in years. But will really shot me was the fact that they sell liquor, I mean all the popular brands. You won't find this anywhere in Georgia or Atlanta Georgia I should say. But the experience was good the associates were friendly, I can't complain at all I just really wish they update and remodel the store.

Seriously the best walmart ever. The employees are so helpful and kind and if you are looking for a good face wash I highly recommend "biore". The first one or two tries will be a bit burning but afterwards it is so effective and makes ur skin so smooth and amazing

It's been awhile since I've been in a Walmart to actually do all of my grocery shopping. With everything you hear & see on the Media nowadays and the few times that I HAVE been in one... I had my doubts! But it was great! Very well kept, shelves well stocked, alot of dairy free, gluten free items, which surprised me. I give you a "#10"!

I love Walmart online shopping and pick or delivery. I shop on the app at least once a month for my groceries, and they have more options online that you can't get in the store. Two thumbs 👍 up!!

This is usually a decent place to make a quick trip, online orders that you can either do pickup or they will bring it to your vehicle and load it for you, or you can just do your old fashioned gorcery shopping here.

Mary in customer service is so rude, unprofessional, and smug. She practically tossed my paperwork at me. There was nothing irregular about my transaction. Between her and the heavy guy with the overly baggy pants I don't know who is worse. It's a shame your company doesn't understand what true customer service is. You must remember we have choices of where to shop.

Thank you for having the games up front, for my kids to try and use, that takes out money, and then they get upset because they are autistic. Nice. As much money as the company makes, at least do the little things right.

The amigos that they have were not available for the people that really really need them because not being able to walk and has problems with their blood pressure and sugar drops. The amigos being used by people that were just riding around and they didn't need them. Plus they break down a lot and some of the workers don't do their job correctly.

Checking out the lady asked if I scanned my kids Halloween themed head band... She said she "had to ask".. does she ask all girls if their hair accessories were scanned or if they wore them in? Also it's mid November and everyone knows Walmart is like 3 holidays past Halloween on their merchandise cause they're idiotic. Anyhow. Don't act like someone making double the store managers income is some sort of thief.

Walmart is starting to get a bit pricey. It used to be WAY less expensive than other stores, now it's edging up to their prices. The scan and go is pretty fricken cool though. Everything right from your phone...

The slowest pickup service I have ever experienced. Used the order online pickup in store two different times and waited over a half hour with no one in front of me and no one behind the counter I have grabbed other workers and they left to grab another associate, no matter. Still here waiting.

Produce selection was awful, nearly no motorized carts, no store brand sodas along with numerous other missing products, and its Sunday at 1230pm and they have a whopping one cashier. Whoever manages this store should get promoted to customer..

Management is very rude and incompetent. Argued with me the online price and store prices aren't the same even orders fulfilled by Walmart (not 3rd party) they should read walmart policy more pften but seemed more like they just wanted a peeing contest

Five people deep in the one non self scan lane, I looked around and witnessed several employees walking around with nothing in their hands and two employees running the self scan area. I waited in line for a half an hour before starting my check out. I won’t be back unless I absolutely have to.
