What I see is a management problem mostly. The employees seemed burned out and just trying to cope and get through the day. The whole store set up for as many pharmaceuticals as they deliver to the public is a complete joke.All of the staff behind the counter seem to be stressed out. I actually feel sorry for them. Upper management should be taken to the woodshed

WORST PHARMACY YOU COULD GO TO! Every month they would say they are out of stock for my son's medication. Month after month after month I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I switched his medications as they recommended so they would have it in stock consistently. Go figure after switching they still don't have it in stock. I spoke to their team and they told me they would put my son on a list so that they could order it before it was due to assure it'd be in stock. This month was the last straw. They sent me a voicemail and a text a week ago saying they were out of stock and ordered more. No updates after. This pharmacy does not care if they have their patients medications or not. Have never had this problem with any other pharmacy before switching to Greenville Walgreens Pharmacy.

Editing to give 1 star (was 2). The thought of updating my review came to me after waiting in line for 15 minutes to pick up a script. I’m now next in line!The retail store staff is very friendly. The pharmacy is painfully slow. The pharmacy staff rarely have any sense of urgency.

Waited over 30 minutes for my son to get a covid test. After 10 minutes, they made him put a mask on and still made him wait, saying they were waiting for his paperwork after they said he could come in early and get in. Such a lie. Be prepared for a very long wait if you need anything.

Waiting hours for a prescription refill. I call it in first thing in the morning. Called 4 hours later and I was asked if I wanted right away? Oh my!! NO let's wait until next week!!!! Not Acceptable!!!

Their error with a passport photo caused me time and great inconvenience. Manager and clerk rude, condescending and unhelpful. Will not enter Greenville Walgreens again.

An employee back in the pharmacy kept interrupting me while I was trying to tell her what I needed.”Date of birth”,she said . I continued to try to finish my sentence figuring that she may eventually need some of this info and three more words in she repeated herself in a more aggressive voice.She then proceeded to ask me questions that I had already told her in my opening statement. Once we got things strait she said it would be about fifteen minutes.I wandered around the store and came back in twenty minutes waited for another ten and then left. This was yesterday. The medicine I need will be in tomorrow.

So I have always just walked in for Flu vaccine, this time with an appointment it took 45 minutes. THERE WERE VERY FEW CUSTOMERS and Noone else waiting for a vaccine. This is unacceptable.

I have never in my life dealt with a pharmacy so incompetent. They treat you as if they’re doing you a favor, begrudgingly, by SLOWLY doing their job. If they’re out of a medication they don’t even tell you until you have to call in and ask why your script isn’t filled. The app tells you that your script has been filled, but you get there and it’s not. So sick of this. 👎🏼

Requested mail delivery for a prescription that was already filled and ready, was not sent out until Friday three days after request, so won't arrive until Monday. Why would you wait three days, then send out right before the weekend? Staff was completely unhelpful in problem solving.

Horrible customer service. The girl in the orange carharrt sweatshirt was being rude to customers also talking bad about other customers in front of people while she was “helping” them at the photo department. She was also bragging to another one of the workers (an older women with dark hair) about how “she couldn’t get fired even though there were multiple things she could get fired for including her phone because her boss just wouldn’t have the guts to do it” and they stood there laughing about it before helping the next person in line. I feel extremely bad for the two different women she mistreated while I was standing there and can’t imagine how she treats everyone else the rest of the day… there was one girl at the checkout counter with glasses that was very sweet and polite when I asked for her help. The girl in the orange sweatshirt also yelled at her for being too helpful to people in front of customers… the younger girl with glasses is much appreciated The older women and the rude girl in the orange sweatshirt not so much!

In January my daughter had 2 one time use camera's she was ecstatic about getting developed. Being almost the only place to get them printed I handed them to the gentleman photo attendant. Which he didn't give me a date nor did he correctly handle the steps to insurance I was confirmed to be the person to pick them up. He said just come back in a couple weeks. It was around 3 weeks when we returned to be told our information for the pictures were not available here at the store Front but at corporate they were being processed one was I was ready to be shipped the other was yet to be fully processed. My daughter was very upset at this point. I called another week and a half later was told the same exact thing that they didn't know what was going on. The second in-person visit everyone was searching for them, they said that they still did not have a clue where they were located. The one was still being processed in office and the other was ready to be shipped. I inquired for corporates number to contact for further information. It was then 4 & a half weeks when I finally got in contacted with the corporate office. Was then told my pictures were only held for 30 days in that office and the pictures should actual be physically at the store in Greenville, MI. At this point my daughter is so upset that the pictures of now passed pet are gone. I had in the end called 8 times made various in person actions to try to get them back and they never were given to me or had a call to inform me of anything. I will never shop at Walgreens they were almost annoyed not understanding at all. I advise everyone to never use their photo department! Very upset with the quality of work by many staff members. I would give anything to get these photographs back for my daughter!

This pharmacy is terrible. We have been having the following problems: not filling urgent meds, after release from the hospital not having needed meds ready, saying the prescription was never received. My insurance company had to call them direct to make sure they filled an urgent medication: the pharmacy kept saying it was the insurance. Today was the last straw when they said they wouldn't call our doctor who had me call, saying they don't do outbound calls. They are rude and disrespectful to customers. I'll never shop at their stores again. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF GOOGLE ALLOWED.

Greenville walgreens it is absolutely the worst to call them. Whoever answer first is usually rude after you sometimes wait 20 minutes to get through to them. Than you could wait another 20 to get to pharmacy staff I just spent 25 mins on hold for them to pick up and than hang up come on seriously!! To get a script filled may be hours unless you call and ask for it sooner.knowing they have it and it's been called in by your doctor they will still say they don't have it. All around wait time is too much!! pharmacists aren't the problem it's the call center and the other staff there!! Have people answering the phone that have accurate information.

The tech continued to make phone calls to people with past prescriptions to pick up. Pharmacist told her I was there she rudely said I have to make the calls. She finally got to me saying I didn’t know it was gonna be that long. I just shock my head and said I just don’t know. Told her I’m transferring my scripts there. I call the second time the same lady Andrea I believe yelled at me over the phone because she was having bad day. Well I took my scripts to Walmart. Bye Walgreens.

I had photos printed here. My interaction was poor from the start. Thomas walked over to assist me at the photo counter and said "what size did you get" and I said "a mix of 4x4 and 4x6. My last name is Ford." And he replied with "I didn't ask your name. I asked what size you ordered." He then he grabbed my pictures from the box, rang me up, and as I reviewed the pictures at the counter I asked if there was a way to correct the pictures because they were cut off. He told me I would have to re-order and re-purchase because they can't take them back after they print them. I told him thats just not true. He ignored my request and said "is there anything else I can help you with". I grabbed my stuff and stormed out telling his co-worker to do something about Thomas' attitude. This is honestly the worst photo lab I've ever experienced and Thomas needs some serious training in customer service. How he landed the shift lead position is beyond me. The guy is a mouthy idiot.

I am a couponer and I went in to do 2 different transactions. The older woman made me feel super embarrassed about it, rushed me, and when I asked to do 2 different transactions she told me no to only do 1. When I tried to explain she said she doesn't do couponing and made me feel completely embarrassed about it. I ended up paying way over what I was supposed to and walked out feel extremely frustrated, overwhelmed, and completely embarrassed. Also did not receive the appropriate rewards and she told me she didn't know so I just walked out.

Very rude pharmacy woman on the phone, when I called and asked to speak to a manager I got her again! I had her on speaker phone so my daughter and son in law heard her! When I told her she was rude, she didn’t apologize, she just continued being condescending and having a very bad attitude! Never did answer my question!I did call the corporate office to complain, but it’s too late! I’m going to switch to Meijer Pharmacy.I’m not going to be treated like that again!They also lost my family members as customers because of this!

BEEN A loyal customer for years been on the same medication for years get it on the exact date every month which they never have it always have to order it and we won't even mention the time that I have to wait for it when I call it in 2 days prior I always end up waiting for for 45 minutes or longer for them to fill it once I get there the retail workers are amazing no they need to fire everybody in the pharmacy and get all new employees and stock there medications appropriately to their patients because this is ridiculous awesome they really need to open up another 24-hour Walgreens in the Greenville Grand Rapids area

Ordered some CoVid tests before federal ones we available. Ordered on January 8th and still haven't gotten them. Get the run around every day I call. Then manager doesn't even call me. The tests were delivered January 20th and it's now the 31st if January and still NO idea where my tests are....but they already been paid for. NEVER shopping here again!!!

Pharmacy is very slow and unreliable. I was told to come back after 30 min to get my script. Then I was rudely told to wait another 15 min. It's been an hour and still no script. How hard can it be to count pills?

The pharmacist made comments about “how expensive” my diabetic supplies was. She wasn’t very decent. I will not ever be back to this Walgreens for my medical supplies. The lady greeting at the front cash register was nice, though.

Oh my god! Call the number get transferred to somebody who sends you back to the pharmacy to get hung up on. Call back and was told to say pharmacy in the voice activated prompts. Doesnt work! She tells you pharmacy hours. Wasted a half hour of my day trying to get through! YOUR SYSTEM DOESNT WORK!

I will be bringing my business elsewhere. I stood in line to ask the pharmacist/pharmacy employees for help looking for a specific vitamin. I was sent off to look for myself again, after already stating I was not able to find it. Thanks Walgreens, I will not be back.

If there was a zero star button I would have pushed it for the past 4 years. The drive thru is horrible! I sat on the phone in the drive thru for 25 minutes to have 1 person ahead of me and be hung up on twice after phone was answered. I am not pleased with their timely service at all. I will be transferring my medications.

8 out of 10 they ran out of the meds they would tell me would be ready in 20 minutes. So I have to drive over a hour to the nearest Walgreens. Thank you for wasting my time, and money. If they were my RX I would have switched pharmacies a long time ago. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME JUST CALL ALMA.

I’ll give them 2, only for the fact that I know their retail workers are nice, now for pharmacy this place is a joke. I’ve literally had to sit in my car at their window pickup line for over 50 min, as I’m writing this actually the same two cars have sat at the window and it’s been over 20 min... I get stores can be short people but are you kidding me this is f***ing ridiculous. I will be switching to Meijer pharmacy.

The pharmacy seems to close whenever they feel like, regardless of the hours. Also of you get there say 20 minutes to close they will refuse service and/or already be closed. ??RIDICULES IF YOU ASK ME!!!! We need a 24 goir walgreens like in Grand Rapids!!!
