Had a great experience when Amy (there’s two Amy’s, and she’s the older, brunette one), went above and beyond to help me with a credit card error. It was a busy, stressful day, and there was a line. Amy never got frustrated, but stayed cool and sweet, even tho it took about 20 mins and some phone calls to clear the error. Excellent customer service! Also had a good experience with a male employee who patiently wrangled up the *exact* chicks I wanted out of the bins. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but I appreciate the patient people here! I also appreciate that they feed their chicks higher quality feed, and had a rarer breed that I had been looking for for a long time.

Update— the manager here fixed the problem within days and we are all good now !!Thank You!!I’ve had it with this location and people here and today was the worst experience I’ve had here..We always come to TSC for dog food, this time whomever stocked the shelf’s did it wrong and put out only entree and not the stew , they even put the entree ones in the stew sections and put the stew dog food on top of the shelf’s where we can’t reach….Well the guy that works there (bald tattoos and piercing ) walked up to me while I was on the phone and while on the phone asked me a question, WITHOUT waiting one second for me to get off the phone, he literally disappeared to the front deck cash register’s and told the other employees that their was someone complaining, mind you he said this in front of other customers, which he was the one that walked away from me, him and I didn’t even talked at all, I was on the Phone !!!But he had the time to walk up front and talk behind my back WHILE I was STILL in the STORE !!!!!Never coming to this location ever again.Done.!Today literally seen no professional team.Even one of the ladies we like was even going along with him that they don’t have time for complains , even though I didn’t even talk to him!I was on the phone with my mom !!!

I love to see the baby chicks. Always get help when I need it. My father sends me here to purchase items for him. I looked a mole trap up on their website, it stated it was in stock, I called store to verify the site is accurate, they had it in stock & even offered to hold it for me as well.

I ordered a lawn trailer from this location that was "in stock". When I got there, they tried to load up a trailer that was $100 cheaper than the one I had paid for. When I approached the manager about this issue, she admitted that no one had scanned the box but then made disrespectful comments to me when I asked for my money back..

Made a visit there today, looking for a house mail slot. Their manager assisted me with my search. I have a severe hearing loss and I usually read lips to understand the conversation. She helped me understand and communicated very well. Though I did not purchase anything, kudos to her for helping me and providing great customer service.

They have many of my needs for my animals which is great but they are getting a little spendy. The Ionia, MI TSC is cheaper by at least $1 on every product I use for my dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ducks & parrot.

I went to purchase chickens, the lady was very rude and nasty especially to the young man who obviously was still in training running the register. Love the chickens tho.You don't treat people that way.

Nice place to get supplies for my animals. Good variety of most things. It is kinda difficult though because I try to keep my goats on the same feed and some times I come in to get it and they don't have the brand of food I bought last time, so I'm forced to slowly switch over to the new feed. The staff is really great though. Salt of the earth types. I enjoy coming in here.

They have an amazing pet section with a variety of different dog/cat food plus toys and beds.Usually a decent line though as they typically have just one cashier working who is often talkative. Which is super and friendly unless you are in a hurry.

What a rotten idea. ( That was sarcasm)To allow 4H to have a bake sale in the store.I mean I surly didn't need the apple pie or the lava cake. But I could hear them calling my name..Well done to who ever made the decision to support local kids!!!!

Okay, I have NEVER felt more compelled to write an Amazing review as I do for one employee In particular from the Greenville Michigan store. All I know is his name is Abe (I'm unsure of his last name) but he is the sweetest, most helpful and empathetic employee of any company I've ever met. We had purchased chickens and some had unfortunately passed away (these things happen and we understand that 100%). I called into the store to ask if they had any pullets available and explained the situation only because we didn't want to have to purchase the 6 they usually enforce as the minimum. He immediately offered to replace them, which we were not expecting at all! He was so kind and made my two little boys entire week! I don't know if replacing them is store policy or if he was just being kind, but because of his compassion and kindness I will now be purchasing all of my farming and outdoor need items solely from your company!

Closing at 6 pm is a poor idea , glad amazon don’t close , I can get my truck tool box online , I was hoping to get it today 🤷🏼‍♂️ Staying home and ordering , cheaper online once you figure the drive in and they close early now. Some ppl work till 530-6

Anyplace that gives you doggie treats and fawn's over your puppy is my kind of place. Purina Pro was what I was after but I walked out with so much more. Their expansive inventory and knowledgeable staff not only don't hard sell you, but they offer ideas that make day to day living easier and affordable. Thanks Tractor Supply Co. for being g right on time and in my neighborhood, you all's are the best!!
