May not be the same owners. Bought a specially built Jason topper for our brand new 2015 Nissan frontier truck. The front window and it has constantly leaked. Of course there is no warranty or anything but you get what you pay for it out of this place I guess. Sounded like it was going to be a long dollar fix and there is no warranty for something so old I know. But it has leaked since they put it on.

I've recently done a fair bit of business with The Topper Shop and appreciate the busy but friendly, family-owned shop with the best shop dog ever, Bailey. My ARE topper took a while to receive during COVID but is of highest quality and looks sharp. They've also done a great job with a leveling kit and custom installation of an auxiliary fuel tank. The pricing is fair with transparent charges for material and labor.

2004 we had the Topper shop put a Tahoe cover and step rails on our truck. 18 years later it still look great. We just bought a 2021 truck and the topper shop helped us again. They sprayed the truck with rust proofing, bed liner, installed a fifth wheele hitch and a Tahoe cover on,. Could not be happier with there service and work.Great job to the Topper shops staff thank for taking care of our new truck

Called 3 weeks ago. They asked me to leave a message for Will.2 days later, called again because I hadn't had a return call.Again, they asked me to leave a message for Will.2 days later Will called. We talked about what I needed. He said he'd check it out and call me back.1 week later, I went elsewhere (he hadn't called back).Today, 3 weeks from original call, Will called. He asked what I needed. He didn't recall talking to me. Therefore, never checking things out, for me.

Fantastic service! When I was getting my topper put on, I mentioned some custom work I wanted to get done on my air dam. They did the custom air dam work right then, FANTASTIC job, and very low price. The topper was a lower price than the big city guys! Go to Greenville to the Topper Shop! Its worth the drive.

Great selection that you can order from, friendly people inside. Quality of service in the shop varies greatly depending on which mechanic you get. Look your vehicle over well before you leave, and make sure everything is done correctly. My truck wasn't, and we had to be taken back. They fixed it correctly the second time.My truck should have never left their shop and went down the road with the lift kit installed incorrectly! They really need a supervisor or somebody to go over their mechanics work before the vehicle ever hits the road, or the customer picks it up.***Update to their response: It was more than just them blaming it on it being a "Chevy ride issue"To get the truck level, the mechanic cranked the suspension up all the way, until the A-arms were maxed out against the stops, sitting unloaded, there was zero suspension give or flex. So no, it wasn't just a ride issue. Completely an adjustment mistake.

I had no idea The Topper Shop did automotive work until recently. I had wonderful customer service. I can't step foot in a building that has tires on display so they worked around that for me. They have many domestic truck parts in stock. If you want to enhance your truck in any way, check this family owned place out. Quoted $108 for trailer brake controller but upgraded to a better one the labor was so cheap. If you want upgrades on your truck, you wont find a cheaper place. Installation was quick and looks great. I may go back and get upgrades to my suspension so i can haul more...
