Brought my greyhound in and they did a great job with a safe environment. He wasn’t crammed in a small waiting kennel for me to pick him up like other grooming places have in the past. He had plenty of room, and treated him very sweetly. Reasonably priced. Will be a returning customer.

Susan truly cares about her clients and their owners. She is very passionate about the health and wellbeing of each animal that comes in. She works well with both my dogs personalities, which isn’t especially easy :)

Always a pleasure doing business with Pawformance. I have been bringing my dog there for 5 years now. My dog loves going there and she always looks Great when I pick her up.Since the beginning of 2023 the appointment takes on average 45 minutes longer to complete. Now it's an hour fifteen..hour twenty-five appointment time. And no, they do not require boarding/kennel shots.

They did an awesome job grooming our dog who doesn't like her nails touched! She has anxiety about her feet and hates baths at home. Win win! She is so soft and shiny! We will definitely be back!

I have had to fix several long/uneven spots on her, and even friends and neighbors noticed the groom was not a good one. It cost more than any place I've ever taken her and it is hands down the least favorite. With almost two hours they had her, I was expecting better. Won't be going back or recommending them to anyone. Not a good way to start out a new relationship. Sorry.

My boyfriend was late for the first grooming appointment, and from there it went downhill.He took our Pomsky and the groomer kept telling him ‘he’s going to have to get Lux Patella surgery because of his breed,’ which has already been done, and she kept pushing unnecessary information when we already were aware with his breed.I tried to make another appointment, and I left several voicemails, and no one ever contacted me back. I’m assuming because my boyfriend was late the first time, they’re now refusing services since no one is professional enough to answer voicemails that come through

These ladies were amazing with my dog! My dog has really bad anxiety and tends to get mean when he’s scared, but these ladies handled him with care and patience and was able to trim his nails I 10/10 recommend

I’m new to the area and found this place, and I’m so glad I did! They took us on a walk in basis! They did so good with my two labs who are both under a year old and very energetic dogs. They even did a fantastic job with my one lab who was as shaking so bad cuz she doesn’t like new things. Absolutely love this place and will be going back!

Brought my 12yr old Rottweiler/Dachshund mix in for a nail trim, which he hates. The groomer was quick, efficient, and let me be right there to help hold and calm my dog. She didn't even nip the quicks (which are long). Definitely will be returning!

We’ve taken our 2 dogs to get their nails clipped here. Bella was 14 years old who sadly passed and Gemma is 6 months old. They treated both of our pups with so much love and care. Even our older pup, she had a paw deformity and they took extra care of her! We love this place and will continue to take Gemma here.

Awesome place - nothing fancy here, just a couple of great women who are so kind to animals and so friendly & accomodating with customers. This is a small pet place on M-91 inside Hansen's feed store, it takes up the back 1/3 or so of the building. Susan is great, and Stephanie is such a sweet lady - both of them will take excellent care of trimming your pet's nails (they do dogs, cats, and even rabbits!) and their prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommended!

Great place to take your pets. I take my dog there every other month for her nail trim and she is in and out in a few minutes and the price is reasonable. I also get great advice from them on shedding and other things.
