My daughter got a tonsillectomy and her doctor sent the prescription (pain medication) to this location for pickup ASAP. When I arrived approximately 3 hours after it was sent in, the lovely meijer pharmacy told me it wouldn’t be ready until the end of the day TOMORROW. Apparently we had to call the pharmacy and tell them we wanted the prescription filled today because who gets pain medication and says eh I’ll wait 30+ hours to take it. To make matters worse after I waited in line for 53 minutes and I couldn’t just tell them hey yeah I want that prescription filled today I have to call them? I am absolutely astonished that I even have to write a review about this but dear lord this is absolutely ridiculous.

This pharmacy needs the head/regional manager to take a look. This is by far the worst Meijer pharmacy out. Nothing is ever in stock from diabetes supplys, emergency prescriptions, inhalers. It's always a 5+ day wait. You can't order ahead with my insurance as they give you the exact amount you need for the month. So on the 26th your medicine is out and your at the mercy of this terrible pharmacy. I usually have to drive all the way to Rockford and transfer my prescriptions. They're always in stock at Rockford and there is never a wait. From the reviews it seems like I'm not the only one having this problem. Makes you wonder if they stock anything at all

Called in prescription at 9am. Said it would be ready at noon. Waited in line from 3pm until 4:10pm just to be told it wasn't ready! Are you kidding me. Then the lady was very rude an told me I should have called to verify that it was ready. Like it was my fault! Will not be using this pharmacy again. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have always had my scripts at Meijer and have had good service. Another pharmacy closed here in town and now you may as well plan on standing in line for 20 to 30 minutes. It seems the line is terrible long and only one or two people checking you out. This is not acceptable.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! They NEVER have the prescription correct and they don’t call to ask, they wait until you show up and wait in line for a half hour to tell you it’s not ready. Save yourself the time and go ANYWHERE else. They are seriously the worst.

Nice enough pharmacy people but if you want and need your medication’s do not go to that pharmacy ever since Covid they are extremely subpar and I have not had a good experience in years go anywhere else else but Meijer pharmacy

Could be a little less confusing I waited 25 mins when they told me They can get me a partial prescription. So it Took 25 mins to put 1/3 of my script in a bottle and label it.. I get there busy But I had 5 people walk past me to go on BREAK...

Been waiting for script to be filled for a month. Very rarely have enough people working to keep up with demand, so lines are extremely long. The worst pharmacy I have ever used. Switching to mail order scripts.

Besides suffering staffing shortages like everywhere else I have only ever had maybe 1 major issue in the roughly 2 years of monthly visits. Yes the line can be long inside and also for the drive through, besides that I personally like the pharmacy. Reading through the reviews makes it seem like this place is pretty bad and I don’t know why… All the employees I have dealt with month after month are always courteous and professional, maybe you get treated how you treat them? Keep up the good work and thank you.

For starters, I used to love this pharmacy 10 years ago. And most of my life I've been a loyal Meijer shopper in general. But since Frederick Meijer and his brother died, most every location has gone to hell. With that being said, this pharmacy is constantly out of common pharmaceuticals, often making me wait days. And if they do have it, you better have 3 hours to walk the store while they fill it. It's a joke.

I will leave as fair a review that I can. So the lines inside and outside are indeed long and for anyone that is busy you will find this to be the first upsetting thing. For me I'm retired and don't mind the wait and I'm very understanding on this issue. As far as customer service goes I personally have been using this pharmacy for four years and have not had a bad experience on customer service yet inside or outside. In fact I would give it four to five stars but there is one catch and it's a big one for me and should be for all of you too. There following of HIPPA guidelines. When you go through the drive thru there microphones are very loud so anytime you divolve your information everyone in line will hear it. Everything the associate says on the microphone is clearly heard over the microphone. I have over heard numerous medications and dates of births due to this. This is dangerous and in my opinion unprofessional. I can see this being seen as negligence in a court as far as the handling and protection of patients data. My recommendation is they require information to be given on writing at the drive thru, or utilize a phone of some sort before someone's information is compromised if it hasn't happened already. Fix that and I'll add a star or two.

Zaphyr could use a bit of customer service training. If a prescription is said to be done at a certain time and it isn’t, there’s typically a bit of frustration. Especially when you’re traveling a ways to get to the pharmacy, and it’s an important prescription. When we asked her how much longer and she said 20 min, I would also assume that it would be done in that time frame. When she’s bothered by us driving around and checking on the prescription and then physically shows her irritation with us asking, it’s pretty rude. We’re not taking any of your time to ask questions, especially when it wasn’t done when you stated it would be twice. When you are taking care of your grandparents and plan their/your day around time schedules, it’s frustrating to deal with the delays, let alone rude workers.

I won’t be getting any more scripts filled at this pharmacy. I was speaking to the tech telling her why I was there, and she interrupted me before I was done talking and asked for my name and DOB. I know she is busy, but that’s very poor customer service. It seems like there are many complaints at this pharmacy, some made quite awhile ago and pre-Covid. Some Meijer staff members need to look at their employer’s company values and uphold them. If they don’t just care about values, they need to give us a break and find somewhere else to work and hopefully not at another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the least caring pharmacy out there. There has been times I was on hold for hours, after waiting on hold I tried calling back just to go through the same thing, call and be placed on hold. So I even called corporate office and she was so rude, even accused me of cursing at her, and at that time I didn't, I admit I was ready to curse at her but she didn't give me the chance before she accused me of it too soon,, lol. I just find it odd that Meijer says they are out there for the people but in actuality the are are not. If you don't understand what im saying just go ahead and have a prescription filled at meijer, and see how it goes after a while. Terrible communication and customer service. Told me they needed to verify a fill date with my doctor and kept saying they could not get a hold of them because they would not answer their phone. Not true. I called my doctor to ask about this and they have heard nothing from the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy back for them to only tell me they are still waiting on my doctor. Called the doctor back so they can call them. Once the doctor called them, they said there is no reason for them to verify anything and they can go ahead and fill the prescription. Meanwhile I was out of my RX for 4 days for no reason at all. Techs are also very unfriendly over the phone. Do not work in customer service if you cannot be nice. I get they are very busy and are constantly face to face with customers which is not always pleasant, but seriously, that is what customer service is!

I called to ask if I had a prescription ready. I waited on hold for almost 6 minutes before someone even answered. The lady on the phone was very short and continued sighing in exasperation and was then told, “I’m seeing it’s not ready yet. Can you give us an hour?” Okay fine, but my doctor sent the prescription around 11 AM. Why does it take 8 hours to fill?

Not even a 1 star review is low enough. Every single time I come here for prescriptions it is the absolute worst service. I do all I can to avoid coming to this location. The people are clowns here, and are the absolute rudest. Save yourself the trip and go anywhere, literally anywhere but here.

Nothing but issues. We've been told twice that my girlfriends doctor did not send in her prescription(she did). We've gone in 3 times to pick up he rmedication and they were out. They told us last time that her insurance is no longer covering the cost of her medication so we paid out of pocket, called her insurance company for an explanation and they told us they had no idea why Meijer Pharmacy would say that. Luckily the insurance company took care of it for us. We'll be transferring our prescriptions to a different store.

Worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. Everytime I have been there nothing is done. They tell you your script will be done and low and behold it's not. The response then is come back in n hour or 2. It's nothing but a hassle. Employees act like oh well sorry for your luck. When you say somethign is going to be done then it should be. To them no big deal that your wasting your time gas and money for such poor service. My business will be for going elsewhere.

Meijer Pharmacy , is very very slow. My DR. faxed a script to them for me today around 1:30pm it is now 5:23pm and they said it's still not been filled either get with the program or get people in there that know how to do their damn job. Also what's up with all the new cash registers not being used. What a waste. My opinion the Management is poor. Some of the workers will NOT help you and are very rude.

You added more registers to speed up the check outs but the Greenville store is always busy no matter what time of the day I go. It doesn't help to add more registers if you have no staff of employees to run them. The wait times are as slow or slower now in both the pharmacy and the store check out. 20 plus lanes for any one with more than 12 items and you have 5 lanes open with people backed up in all of them. Pharmacy is always running out of my medications even though I get them every month so I have to return to the store another day waste of my time, gas and wear on my car. Not being mean about it but you asked for a review?

Can't seem to figure out how to fill a simple script at in a decent amount of time. These people need to relearn how to do thier jobs...Incompetent!

This location is terrible for distributing the wrong dose or wrong prescriptions, I have encountered a prescription error 2 times so far not very good , I advise everyone to please analyze your meds before taking please,,im looking out for the health of others ..I will not go into exact detail that I had encountered here but please be aware of the meds you take make sure they are the correct dose ,name,on script ..yes we should not have to inspect pill for pill but after what I went through I will continue to analyze my intake of any meds ..

I always get my scripts at this pharmacy and for some reason either they don't have it or didn't get it from the Dr. Which happened yesterday. It was called into them at 3:30 pm yesterday and are just filling them this morning. This pharmacy is slower then Hell. I'm about to find another place to go. If I could give this place 0 stars in would. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Worst pharmacy ever. Use any other one in greenville to save a headache. They think they know better than your doctor. You will spend hours on hold or in line and they will magically not see your prescription at all then you will get a phone call 5 minutes later on your way home saying its been filled. If you take medicine that you absolutely need do not come here because they will leave you stranded without it. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Slow and never update their automated call system. Had to call on every script and told it had would need to be ordered. I’ve waited in line and waited 20 minutes in the drive through to pull up and then say it wasn’t ready when I had just spoke to someone on the phone it was all ready.

Since Thursday been trying to get script filled... Getting excuses of insurance problem, to Doctor problem...Called Costco... They were able to move prescription from Meijer and filled within an hour. Also saved $$$$Several others in line were not able to get their scripts either!

I am in the process of calling the pharmacy for the fourth time in five days. I need to know if I have a prescription filled so I can pick it up. The three previous calls I made were 20, 27 and 30 minutes respectively. No one ever answered. You guys really need someone on the phones, you must be severely understaffed. It's beyond unbelievable.
