We recently got a place up in the u.p about 10 minutes from Pats so we have been stopping at pats for a couple years now. Whether it's for fuel or parts everyone there has been extremely helpful and great to work with. A couple weekends ago we were out for a ride on the trail and had some sled issues. They had the part we needed and were able to get our sled reprogrammed the same day! This saved our day of riding and made for minimal downtime. I highly recommend Pats and their staff. When it comes to getting our next sled we're going to have to check out Pats!

Couldn’t ask for a better sled, but even more impressive was the level of customer service from our dealer Pat's Motorsports. Paul our sales guy brought mine home so I could pick it up when we got up there being that the dealer was closed for New Years. They also managed to get the second one ready in time for us to ride even though it didn’t show up until 2 days before we were supposed to leave. Thanks again Paul, Kip, Andy and team!!

AMAZING SERVICE. Somethings wrong they go out of there way to get you playing again.just beware of the greeter he will say he works everyday all day. So we went back the next day, I asked where is the dog? Come to find out he cuts out a noon.but he will guide you to mama treat jar.These are good people.

I ordered a new 2023 Polaris 850 Boost from Paul, the salesman, who helped me through the ordering process and kept in contact with me through the sled being delivered. The parts department did an excellent job ordering all my requested extras. The service department did an excellent job setting up the sled and installing all the ordered extras. Kip runs a truly first class, honest dealership. Keep up the great work crew.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to look at a couple sleds as the family is getting back into the sport. We ended up leaving 2 hours after they "closed" and will now be customers for life. Kip was awesome and took the time to help us with every question we had as well as offer unbias advice even though some of it resulted in a smaller sale. Nice to find a 2nd generation family owned and operated store that still "genuinely cares" about their customers.

What a great deal that went way above and beyond to help me out. We were 9 hrs away and at the beginning of a 4 day trip when I made a bonehead move. The staff were extremely helpful and got me in right away and back on the trail! Can not thank them enough!! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Pat's! Everyone in the shop is just so incredibly helpful. This level of service is unfortunately rare these days and so when you get it, you need to applaud it. Consistently, when I have pulled in with a broken down side by side, they have figured the problem out with incredible efficiency and found a way (sometimes creatively-- thanks Andy) to get me back on the trail asap. I wish I could give more than 5 Google stars!

Had a engine light come on while riding trails, stopped at Pats expecting I’d have to ride the day as is but they were able to get me in within 20 minutes to replace the temp sensor. In and out within 30-45 minutes. Excellent customer service, thank you Pat’s for getting us back on trail so fast!!

Not happy. Took my 4 weeler in to get leeks fixed and clutch fixed. I had to find part of the clutch. Brought it in and still got charge for it. They did give me back money for part but it should not of happened. Also worked on my generator said they could not find a head for it. When I went to pick it up with 4 weeler I was told they threw it out. They got it back and gave it to me in parts. Now for the big one took 4 weeler for a ride about 2 miles. Went through 1/2 quart of oil and smoked like it was on fire.$1500.00 down the drain. Would not go back and do not recommend any one to bring anything there.poor quality work.

Took my new ski-doo sled into Pat's. Studs slashed the cooling fins open in the tunnel. Tom, the service manager got right on it. That is a very delicate job to get welded up. Takes someone who really knows his craft. Then they fabricated custom tunnel protectors so I don't have that problem again. Very accommodating. Great crew to deal with!

They took in my sled melted down same day, and had me on the trail in less than a day. Full top end re -build. Thanks to the expert techs, in stock parts, and Kips great pricing. Best parts/service store in UP.

Picked up a used sled at Pat's. Best dealership I've been in! Sled was sitting out front for inspection, paperwork was all in order when I walked in. Noticed tool kit was missing, Kip went in back and grabbed a new kit for me while the sled got loaded on the trailer. Was in and out in <20 minutes and felt totally taken care of.

We have dealt with Pat's Motorsports for many years, buying new, used, and selling. They are fair and knowledgeable, and their parts department is also excellent. We had a very damaged Polaris side by side repaired by their service department, and it looked almost brand new. They use quality parts, and clearly knew what they were doing. The owners are real people, too. We will continue to shop Pat's Motorsports, and can highly recommend them.

Pats Yamaha is simply the way a dealer should be. PeriodIn this day and age it’s so hard to find.They gave great service ,parts , sales. Everything. Genuine peopleI live 8 hours away and still buy sleds fromThem. I just bought a 16 Pro s for my son there today. And then Last minute I asked to get some maintenance items done as I’mOn way to pick it up so I call to check and Kip answers tells me “my sleds done “. Before I even asked. And They even had it all set it up for his rider weight for no charge !!The distance these guys go to make sure you're a satisfied customer is amazing.Since they go the distance I figured so would I !!!8 hours to be exact !!!!!Thanks Kip for all you do my son loves the sled!!!!Luke

I'm very happy with the service I received from Pat's. I rolled in there with a broken snowmobile about an hour before close on a Saturday. It's an older snowmobile that had an odd running issue, it took some extra effort to get to the bottom of the difficult problem but the technician and management stayed a little late and got it fixed. The price was very fair, the customer service was over the top. Saved my weekend. I/You can't expect them to do this every time, but they found a way this time and I'm grateful.

During a recent hunting trip to the Greenland area, I took my 2011 Polaris ranger into Pat's for a check up, as it was not running properly. Kip personally went over the machine and explained a variety of issues that indicated serious motor failure should I continue to use it. He patently went over a variety of repair options and offered to get right on it to save my trip. After reviewing my options, I choose to trade the machine in for a new one, so I could continue with the trip as planned. Once the decision was made, Kip did everything he could to make it happen, including getting the machine and paperwork ready within 6 hours. The amazing part was that he took my machine in as trade with no title (left it home) or any cash deposit. He simply told me take the machine, enjoy my trip and send him a check and title when I got home. This type of trust and customer service is unheard of in my area of Kalamazoo. I will make a point of stopping into Pat's for all my needs when in the area. Can't say enough about this experience. Do not hesitate to see Kip and guys for all your equipment needs, you will not be disappointed.
