Lazy and unprofessional. Walgreens is not worth your time, there are better pharmacies in Grayling. I started using them in 2006 but they have fallen hard. Try calling corporate to make a complaint. I changed All my scripts to the Medicine shop today, I can't deal with them constant mistakes every time I head to the Pharmacy. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

The drive through is a joke. Long slow lines and they close for lunch… really!? You can’t take turns on lunch? Now I gotta wait for pharmacist to tell him for the millionth time that I’m not pregnant before getting my meds. Ugh I hate this pharmacy.

My mentally challenged wife noticed that Nicole was being rude to a customer and, being child-minded, commented "Wow, you're rude to the customers". By the time the story reached the manager, my wife, Amber, is said to have cussed Nicole out, which is slanderous. Then, the manager approached Amber today and told her that, if she does it again, she'll be banned from the store. Well she didn't do it the first time. It was a lie. Amber is owed an apology. She was treated like a 2nd class citizen just because she's retarded.

Very poor experiences in the photo department. I had to upload photos several times before they would appear in the app, online upload wouldn't work at all. Then at pick up I had half my order missing and it took several trips to the store to get my entire order. The clerk treated me like the mistake was my fault. They are understaffed in all departments.

Recently I went to get my second shingles shot. It was 1:05 PM. I was being waited on by a very nice gray haired lady in the pharmacy. Everything was going fine until a younger woman woman working the drive through told her she couldn’t do it. I would have to come back after their lunch break. I know they go to lunch at 1:30. I said but it’s 1:05. Can’t do it. Paperwork. It doesn’t take 25 minutes to fill out paperwork and get your shot. I had filled out paperwork for the first shot. I shouldn’t have to do it again. The gray haired lady was surprised at the comment from the other worker. She was very nice but the other young lady was NOT. I guess their lunch half hour has expanded to an hour. Great service from one pharmacy employee but terrible from another who wasn’t even involved with the transaction. I agree with most of the reviews regarding the pharmacy service.

The ER sent in a prescription at 530a this morning. The pharmacy opened at 9a. It's now 1p and was just told it will be at LEAST 15 minutes.

This Walgreens pharmacy is a joke! My prescriptions were called in from my doctors office and 8 days later I called and they are finally ready for pickup. I drive the 30 miles to get my scripts only to have to wait 20 mins because they all take their lunch break at the same time. Finally I ask for my scripts only to be told I would have to wait 30 minutes for one of them even though i had am email stating it was ready for pickup. The associate was extremely rude. I asked her if I could have my script filled elsewhere because I can't wait and she said yes. Needless to say she lied. This type of medication cannot be transferred to another pharmacy. So I completely wasted an entire day because of her inability to do her job.

Friendly staff. Clean store. But the pharmacy don’t have a clue what they are doing. When I have to do their job for them bc they don’t know how to cancel a prescription at another Walgreens that’s a problem specially when the other store told me I shouldn’t have to call they could just cancel it. And these are the people filling my meds. Now I have to wait longer for my meds. Take your job seriously

A HUGE shout out to Hannah . . . Great customer service. I needed Glucose tablets and I was stuck at work so I had a friend pick them up for me. I called the store and Hannah offered to get them and have them at the counter for my friend to pick up. So above and beyond . . . Much appreciated Hannah! Thanks so much . . . You saved my crashing blood sugar!

After receiving my prescription, I’m still getting recordings a week later that my prescription is ready. It’s become nothing short of harassment! Trying to talk with someone there to stop the robot calls seems useless too! Please get it together and stop the calls immediately after a customer has picked up their script! Sheesh!

I hate to say this.... but the pharmacy @ this location is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Forget about the pricing. I could care less..... what I do care about it customer service. Nobody likes to be forgotten about when it comes down to it. This pharmacy has never gotten a time right for my prescription- when I’ve went out of MY way to drop it off so it would be ready at a specific time. So they may be out of my medication once in awhile, that’s fine with me too. But please- please..... get it together with your staff, and coordinate your time people!! When a script is dropped off at noon and told it will be ready by 4:30. Have the darn script ready! I wish I didn’t have to keep going back to this wretched pharmacy but I have no choice. Perks of living in a small town. Honestly..... I might go out of my way to switch over to the rite aid in kalkaska- because next I’ll be needing BP meds due to the lack of communication and customer care given at this so called “pharmacy” what a complete circus. Wish I could get away with half the things these employees do and still get paid. So sad. Please...... just try to be better at your jobs people :( work as a team and be efficient- it’s not so bad.

Although the prices here are usually high Walgreens, for some reason is one of my favorite stores. Not really sure why that is but I just seem to enjoy going though the asiles and looking at any new products they may have.They do carry a lot of things that I've never seen available elsewhere, like The Sharper Image products.

I had problem after problem with the Wallgreens for years where I used to live in Illinois. It's the complete opposite at this store here in Grayling where I now live. All the workers are very nice and helpful. First time I was welcomed to Wallgreens with a smile from the cashier as I walked in the door. All the workers in the pharmacy including the Pharmacist Tim have been really nice and helpful. I don't stress or dread going to get my meds at all anymore.

I only use Wallgreens for their photo (because it’s the only place in town) and they always crop my photos, especially enlargements. There is a huge communication barrier between the Wallgreens app & the actual employees at the store. Walgreens corporation needs to train all employees on all equipment/procedures.

from downstate and have been to grayling to visit friends (who live just walking distance from walgreens) and found this location to be a good experience...oh for people who complain about their prices , ANY "name" pharmacy is going to be "pricey"...so let that sink in...
