I work at Verizon here in Grayling michigan. I've been able to send a number of customers to Ami mobile over the last couple of months and they have provided the highest level of service. I'm grateful to have a company so nearby that can specialize in areas that we don't hear. I would recommend this place to anyone who has legitimate maintenance to be done on their phone that we simply can't provide at my location.

There were a few customers ahead of me, I enjoyed watching the interaction these gentlemen had with their customers. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The patience that was shown to an elderly man is how customer service is supposed to be. My phone issue was solved quickly, I left happy.

I came in hoping to get a cell phone extender. They had a very good model, and more importantly, professional installation options. Unfortunately, my cabin was too remote and even the best was not an option for me. Return was no hassle, and quick the day after my scheduled install.

Thanks you to Scott for the help. After a month in & out of my local cell service store and 17 hours on the phone with technology department. We got NOWHERE. I was Referred to MI Mobile from a freind. I called talked with Scott explaining what was going on . He told me to have my parents come in. I went in on Memorial Day weekend (Saturday) and it took 4 hours to change my charging port on my phone. Then proceeds to say that he could give me a discount on it since it took so long, and still charged me full price. I understand helping the customers that are there, but don’t say that you’re going to get in done in 1 1/2-2 hours and proceed to take 4 hours.

I came in with my boss who was looking for a new phone and I had an iPhone with a cracked screen. Scott was really friendly, and helped us both right away. He gave me a fair quote for the repair work & he said it would take about an hour. My boss bought a phone that needed a quick update, so we left to grab lunch while the phone updated and when we came back in 15 minutes Scott already had my phone completely fixed! I am really impressed with the service that we received. We even had to call with a few questions on the new phone and Scott was so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend bringing your business to this place.

This place is awesome! I called a couple of days ago about having a battery replaced in my iPhone 8. When I got to the store, the man behind the counter worked on my phone right away while I waited. Took less than a half an hour and the price was what he promised. I will return again if I need more phone repairs. Thank you!

I have had a great experience at Mi Mobile. I was with Verizon for years ( since the Altell day) . They fixed a screen on one of my phones quickly. The price was extremely reasonable. They didn't attempt to 'sell me' on their service. I went there multiple times after this to fix my phone. Same great experience. I recently left Verizon for one of their phone services. I'm saving $100 month. Have almost double the data. I have noticed zero difference in phone reception. Wish I would have made the switch years ago. Not to mention great customer service. No more automated service. Thanks!!

My screen broke and I couldn't access my device to back up on a computer since I needed to gather a bunch of notes for work. I've never been one for repair always nervous about it. This place put my worries at ease and was able to get my phone a new screen. Not only that, they updated the glass back to match and cleaned everything. They know what they're doing and they do it very well. I was able to get my phone within the hour of dropping it off.

I have recently had my iphone 8 screen fixed. Not only was the price cheap, but it took 1 hour and the screen is perfect. 10/10 recommended. The man inside was very nice and knowledgeable.

I've had numerous broken devices as of late (hey, I got kids!), and each and every time Scott and Chris are more than helpful and treat each task as if it's no big deal, which I can definitely appreciate. I would recommend them (and have!) to others who have broken or cracked screens and more. Amazing customer service!

Customer service definitely a five star, along with pricing, they are the best. I love everything about Mimobile except the constant voicemail alerts always going off(I'm talking 8-10 times a day) That's pretty annoying but otherwise, they've fixed two of my phone screens and I bought a phone from them, all at a very good and fair price :) I also love that they are local owners!

Had the second screen replaced and haven’t had problems with the screen freezing so I’m updating my review to reflect that. Good work at a reasonable rate! Fixed the back glass of my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 for $35, with an OEM replacement back I bought offline for $10 😎, compared to $300 thru Verizon, WITH insurance! 🙄

This place really saved my tail today. I drowned my phone last night while fishing and I am about to leave for a trip tomorrow.. I thought for sure my phone was toast.. wouldn't turn on or anything even after drying overnight in rice.. These guys got it working perfectly again. Couldn't be happier.
