The store isn't as messy as it was when it first opened, but it's still not as clean and organized as it should be. I had to move floor display items so that an elderly woman in a wheelchair could get down the aisle. There are never enough employees on a shift and the line to checkout is ridiculous.

I was in today and I have to say... Anthony was awesome! I could hear him talking to other customers while I was shopping. He was fantastic interacting with his customers, even children. When it was my turn to check out he was friendly, funny. He seems to love his job! Well done Anthony!

Pretty good store. The shelves are normally well-stocked but if you go in for a sake itemtoo late, you may be out of luck. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is fairly clean.

Aisles are a bit narrow, but everything is pretty easy to find, and the staff is super helpful. Had a great interaction with cashier tonight, I think his name was DJ? Very kind and personable.

I visit the Dollar store to get cheaper products. However nearly every dollar general I enter is packed full of packages down every isle for people to trip over. They are always way understaffed. The wait to check out with only one register is unexceptable. It has made me walk out without the stuff I came to get and go to a different store. It's not just one time either. The same repeat experience has forced me to not even bother stopping at Dollar general unless I have at least a half hour to spare for one item.

For a dollar general not bad. I Don't have problems with the staff and can get in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Much better than the Gaylord dollar general which is always a last resort that I avoid like the plague. DG corporate really should look into unifying customer experience and recognize good stores like grayling and either intensive customer care training or closure for stores that operate as poorly as the Gaylord store.

I love this dollar store. They have very happy people working there, great sales during the summer and they're not a huge store but they do have a ton of stock. Plenty of places to park and bonus SAVE A LOT is next door!

Milk is often expired have been noticing lately and it's not by mistake they try to sell it by putting it in the front of the cooler next to one with a good date lucky most people check the date shame them most stores will at least reduce the price thus letting you know it's close to expire but this was a day old that's not even legal health department should pay them a visit ASAP this is not a game there putting people's lives at risk to sell expired milk? Would you drink it u wouldn't let ur kids drink it I brought it to the clerk's attention she an older lady made a joke about it when she should have been alarmed and imeditly removed it think her name started with an e

This store is very clean, friendly people work there. This store is better then the Roscommon store, was there rwo weeks ago, now they were rud people, and a very messy store, I ask for help to find the diapers and was told "there over there in the corner " in Grayling they take you right to the item. Love this store and the people that work there, they make you laugh.

For such a new store it is a complete disaster. Poorly stocked & very messy. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. Very cluttered isles making it difficult to shop.

Store is filthy dirty. It's almost impossible to navigate through the isles due to clutter, stuff all over the floor, merchandise is falling off shelves, in the floor, broken, and even destroyed merchandise is living around everywhere. It was an extremely unpleasant and confined experience.

We pulled up to the store at 8:40 p.m. and worker out smoking in front. He saw us pulling in and locked the doors. They close at 9 p.m.

Isles are still often blocked or impeded with stock waiting to be put away. They must haves wait putting tags under items that have coupon and/or on sale that week. Very frustrating place to try and shop!

Convenient location in Grayling. It's a bit larger than most D.G.'s and has a large variety of groceries and home goods. Beer and wine are available as well

Chock full of goodies! Found several things for my home & camper that I couldn't find anywhere else. This store has moved to a new building 1/4 mile north of its previous location next to Save-a-lot.

I went up there for buttons for mask project, they didn't have any! I love this store, when you ask for something they don't have they get it.

It was very messy as the store didn't have all the shelves stocked yet. The people working couldn't keep up with filling shelved product and waiting on customers

Good selection and prices. Only thing I dislike is narrow aisles and tons of product on carts blocking products and barley getting past it with a shopping cart.

Piles of stuff everywhere. Aisles are small as it is and they are constantly filled with stuff that needs to be put away. Stuff on the shelves looks like it just got tossed on there

I usually like dollar general over family dollar but this location is bad. It's a mess and the shelves are half empty so when in Grayling I'll be going to family dollar.
