I would've gave no stars if possible. It's about 7:30PM Sunday evening 07/23/2023 and I just made the mistake of going to 711 at night. NOW, their only good night cashier, Rick, is turning into an inefficient white devil. I buy Twisted Teas there almost every day. I had $3 in returnables and Rick yells at my mentally challenged wife "We're crowded! Take those across the street!" Because he knows she's retarded and won't stick up for herself. It was raining and he expected me to cross the busy business loop all because he's too fat and lazy to walk into the bottle room and glance at the returnables?! WTF?! They don't even handle your returnables, they make you stack em on cardboard cases in the bottle room! Speedway had a good cashier, she took the bottles back. It went beyond Rick's white privilege to give my wife good service. But we went back across the busy street in the rain to get our twisted teas because they're so much cheaper at 711 than at Speedway. This time, Rick, the self entitled made my wife ask for a bag. 711 was NOT "crowded" and Rick is slipping: There was no hot food prepared for those who eat there at night. Rick used to be a good cashier. It's sad to see that Jackie, the manager, is having such a hard time finding good help for the night shift. I lost all respect for that fat inbredded clown now. Charge me a deposit that you can't be imposed upon to return? Class act, Rick the dick. Retarded people are legally entitled to proper service, too. It upset me so badly, I had a heart attack.

Clerk just wanted to argue instead of saying sorry we don’t take this coupon. Then refused service. That’s ok Speed Way across the road was way friendlier compared to this place. To bad won’t b going back to such a unfriendly place. It’s pretty sad can see the employees outside hanging out instead of waiting on customers. The store is dirty as well. Wish I could give zero stars. Maybe state inspection is needed at this place. Just sad

First off I want to start off by saying I never normally leave reviews !!! but I had too tonight I went in there around 10pm to grab a snack or too after getting out of work and CAL was very helpful and happy too help answer any questions or concerns I had about products He deserves a raise :) ~sincerely Emmalee!!

Poor service super rude 2 face employees work there. I go to speedway across the street. Atleast they have more selections of food and has a cafe. They make there own pizzas there, 7 11 cooks nasty frozen cardboard box pizzas. Dont go here unless u wanna pay top dollar for anything.
