This Dollar General does seem to be a little short staffed, but that hasn't stopped them from being super friendly and helpful. A couple times I've had to step around some piles of things just laying on the floor like it was a maze while they were restocking, but I can get past that because, as stated, they seemed to only have a handful of workers. There's a great variety of groceries and household products here, and with a location almost in the center of Grass Lake, it's very convenient.

I live in this town and frequent this store. I never actually know when the store is going to be open as signs are often taped to the doors telling me one reason or another why it's closed. Randomly it will be cash only. I'll place orders online, and when I'm on my way to pick them up, they will get canceled. If you can avoid this store, I would. At least it's cheap and has a few food goods that are way cheaper than the grocery store in town.

This Dollar General in Grass Lake is the best one ever. For some reason they have the best selected of Candy, which brings me in. They always have an excellent selection of Pet products and different selections of foods and treats for them. I buy all my household cleaning products here as well. The thing that I come in for the most is the 6 pack of 8oz Coca-Cola. They have it cheaper than anyone and ALWAYS in stock.

The Grass Lake Dollar General is the best Dollar General I have ever been to. The store is very clean & well organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I don't dread going into this store like I do most others in Jackson.

Great experience. They have many essentials and also fill balloons for birthday parties. Very reasonable. Other nice services are the Redbox, and carpet cleaner rental.

Great workers! Unfortunately I feel bad that they don't make enough money hourly.....must be due to stingy ownership....I mean....if the owner has enough money to put up a Dollar General on every street corner, he/she has enough to give a higher hourly wage!

Very convenient if you live in Grass Lake. Very good prices and a wide selection, so if you are looking for specific essentials they likely have it so you won't have to leave town. Great place to get snacks and drinks for cheap.

Very convenient. At the end of the day a short walk from the car to the store is desirable to what Meijer requires to get a quart of milk. I wish that DG would carry pints of Half &Half and english muffins. But, that's a minor issue.

It's only a couple of years old. They have all sorts of different things. Like a small Meijer or something. I've been to a few different Dollar Generals and I am finding out their all different. Which is cool.

Won’t honor sale tags on product even though they are marked and still up. Staff acts like you are bothering them cause you are buying items. Very unfriendly.
