Nothing but good things to say about this store. From the store manager Angie and Amanda in the pharmacy. They have both been very friendly and willing to help me with my needs. I live in Muskegon and only go to Rite Aid in grant to get my scripts because of these ladies.

I want to give a big thank you to Jessica! Every time I swing by Rite Aid, I cross my fingers hoping she's there. She's more than just a pharmacy technician, she's like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Her knowledge is top-notch, and she's always so patient and kind, answering all my queries with a smile. When she's not there, it's like the store loses a bit of its sparkle. She's truly one of a kind! 🌟Thank you for not making me feel like a number, but instead part of the family. The Rite Aid family. If you want the perfect pharmacy experience ask for Jessica!

I had shoulder surgery last week my husband had to go back 3 times for my prescriptions. Today he went to get some advice from the pharmacist because he has pneumonia and was more less told to find something on his own to dry up his sinuses on his own. Very rude pharmacist!!

I was referred to Rite Aid by the VA to have a prescription filled made by Spectrum Health Urgent Cate. Upon arriving at the Rite Aid in Grant, MI is was informed by the RX Tech (Amber) that I am not in plan . She was also not interested checking any farther.After leaving the store I contacted the VA to advise the RX how to bill them directly. The tech responded to the VA while I was on the line with a negative attitude and rejected any support that they had to offer. As a former employee I wanted to let you know about an area where training may be needed. Unfortunately the intrest is missing and a RX Tech has the ultimate power to make such decisions that are usually made by upper management. The VA did contact the RX located across the street where they not only accepted the opportunity to fill VA prescriptions , they thanked us for the information which we provided to fill future prescriptions of other Veterans in Newaygo County. Rite Aid is no longer on the recommend Pharmacy list for Veterans .

I Got out of surgery and went to fill my prescription on my way home from the hospital. We Went through the drive thru. Was rudely told my insurance wasnt active. (Weird because remember I was JUST released from the hospital from an outpatient surgery that the hospital WOULD NOT HAVE performed had my insurance been canceled). They (because it apparently takes more than one) got on the phone after telling me there was no such company for my insurance. 🙄 at this point I've been out of the hospital for about thirty five minutes after a hysterectomy. Bloody and bloated with massive amounts of pain coming In waves over my entire body. We are still in the drive thru and I proceed to call my "non-existent " insurance company and the wonderful patient woman on the phone gives me her name, her number, her extension, my group#, ID# and my contract #. WE HAD TO HONK THE HORN! to get their attention to come to the window. STILL telling me I dont have insurance she refuses to take the numbers I'm trying to give her saying they are trying to talk to someone from my insurance company. We drive around to the front and park. IM 50 MINUTES OUT OF THE HOSPITAL at this point from MAJOR surgery. Had to have my boyfriend help me walk through the entire store to the back. (of course there aren't any wheel chairs or scooters! Why would a pharmacy need those such things for their customers!? ) on my long journey to the back 40 of grant rite aid I notice I am one of two customers in the entire store. The rite aid clerks are behind the counter doing their counts and one lonely customer sits at the back of the store waiting for her prescription. I get to the counter feeling like I just climbed Mount Everest and hand her my hard earned insurance numbers. With my knees shaking she is STILL telling me that the other lady is on hold with the insurance company. I was ONE HOUR AND TEN minutes out of the hospital by the time I recieved my prescriptions rudely thrown across the counter at me with my surgery folder with all my numbers chicken scratched on it with an excuse of "your insurance numbers werent entered into the system correctly". That's thirty five minutes and one of two customers in that time period with four women behind the counter from pull up - to prescriptions in myhand. I have prescriptions filled at this pharmacy EVERY month. I've had the same insurance for YEARS. This was completely uncalled for, unnecessary and could have been handled and dealt with in a numerous amount of different ways. I've always been the person to say "grant rite aid is great" and praise them for how fast and reliable they are. Thursday March 28th 2019 was the day I did my LAST transaction with any rite aid. So disappointed that I have to leave my name and this horrible experience of mine out for the world to see. I strongly encourage anyone thinking about switching to this pharmacy to consider one of the many others around the neighborhood. One drastic, rude and completely unbelievable incident has taken me from once a very loyal customer to telling people to run before something worse than this happens to a loved one from lack of experience, knowledge and care.

I needed a covid test done. Was directed by rite aid pharmacists to schedule an appointment online. Went online. Was having issues navigating. Called and asked for help. They said they didn't know how to navigate their own site for this. Didn't say how they could help or options. I asked for a manager and was left on hold for a period of time before I hung up and went in to show them the issues. They were acting so uninterested and unhelpful. Just didnt care. Standoffish and unwilling to give me advice unless I pried it out of them. Terrible customer service. It was never like this before here but I wont be going back for anything.

I will rate the pharmacy separately. But I'm sorry that I had to at least put 1 star for if a half star was possible I would have chose that. They may be orderly and clean but one worker is absolutely horrible at customer support with the lack of overall kindness being a big factor. My business will never be involved at rite aid in grant,MI.

Kevin is an arrogant, rude, condescending pharmacist. Never again will I have a script filled here. The store staff are great. Tap and pay doesn't work.

They were getting there Liquor order delivered so I waited longer then normal for checkout and had to manuver around stacks of boxes,just an inconvenience when I was in a hurry🙄
